Logan M.My wife and I recently purchased our first home and our realtor suggested we use BPG for our home inspection. The inspector Mike Jeude flagged a few things, but nothing significant. Upon moving into the home, we found the water heater was missing the sight glass to the pilot light. Something that both the Spire gas representative and plumber we had to call were at a loss at how it wasn't even mentioned in the inspection. BPG has been nothing but condescending and unhelpful throughout the claim process. They did not respond to my claim until I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and have refused to stand by the satisfaction guarantees and the ASHI standards they themselves have repeatedly referred me to support their denial of my claim. I cannot strongly recommend enough, do not use BPG for your home inspection.

The owner of a property I was buying who owns his own real estate company The Agency in Stl Mo used BPG for a engineer to sign off on fraudulent work. The guys name was Gerald Steinman (the engineer) he told me over the phone that he did not see the repairs but visually inspected the property from the outside. Which he signed and stamped the inspection. Over the phone I explained the work he signed off on and he stated yeah I didn't see that or know that the wood was covering up a rotten rim joist. Also stated if he would have seen this he would have not signed off on it and would have told the owner to replace it properly. I have filed a complaint with the board of engineers in Missouri. Please be careful with the work performed from this company. Was told a guy from BPG Brian Eisenman who was over this situation would give me a call but of course he didn't.

Steven J.Their inspections are expensive and lack explanation. That being said, their workers, especially Kevin, are friendly and willing to help. Would likely use a different company next time, but I do appreciate people like Kevin.

One late night a pipe broke in the laundry room and by the time I saw it, the water had spread into the hallway. I was prepared to wait for a long time when I called this water damage restoration service but they were right on it and showed up before I expected. They examined the situation and quickly began to pump out water and put in drying equipment. What was impressive was how plainly they laid out each step which helped to take away some of the stress. They watched the drying process for the following few days, making sure everything was done right before they wrapped up. They really seemed to care about getting my home back to normal and not simply hurrying through the task.

Great experience with their water damage restoration service Had a leak in the ceiling which caused damage to multiple rooms in our home. Soon the experts came out and made a full evaluation of the situation and promptly began extraction and drying. The procedure was described extremely clearly and we were brought up to date daily as to what was happening. The attention to detail and that they made sure everything was dry before commencing the repairs really astonished me. The house is entirely repaired and the final restoration work was outstanding. Their professionalism and kindness made a challenging circumstance so much less stressful for our family from start to finish.
