I can’t say enough good things about James and Raven from Ezer Home Solutions. After the tornado hit, my home was in absolute chaos—broken windows allowed dirt and debris to cover every surface. I didn’t even know where to begin. This was far from a normal cleaning job.

I honestly expected to be at least a little disappointed just because the mess was so overwhelming. But James and Raven exceeded every expectation. When they were done, my home wasn’t just clean—it was immaculate. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and hard work turned a horrible, stressful situation into something manageable again.

I was looking for a reliable, trustworthy company to come in and clean my home. They have been great to work with from start to finish. I was able to fill out a form online with my requests. Then, they sent me a personalized quote with a couple options to choose from. I’ve been able to text with them the whole time, which I prefer over calling. For our first visit, one of the company owners came along to walk through the home and explain all the services. She also came back at the end to ensure everything was done correctly. After successfully completing my first-time clean, they also provided a personalized quote for recurring services. My cleaner, Raven, was excellent, kind, and respectful of my space. It is nice to know who to expect and have a consistent experience. I love that their appointment reminder includes who will be coming. I would HIGHLY recommend Raven to anyone and look forward to future services together. THANK YOU RAVEN!!!

This company was very professional through entire service. They started by getting my every details on items I wanted clean. Also, double checking to make sure they were correct before sending quote. When arrived they were on time. Owner walked through to verify items I wanted cleaned. She was very nice. As I did not stay for cleaning. They notified when completion would be done. When arrived at my home Raven did another walk through. Her energy was definitely giving great vibes. She and James did amazing job. House smelled great and looked better than seller had left. I have been using Ezer Home Solutions since July, and I have been happy each time. Today, Renee cleaned by herself and did a fantastic job. While I never expect perfection, she attended to little details I appreciate including bringing in my package and putting it on the counter. The areas I paid for were immaculate. The cleaning crew recommended more time, but I needed to stay within my budget this time. Everything was sparkling and spotless. It felt so good to come home to a nice, clean house. The communication was easy. The team made it easy to request a quote, and then book a time and date. There were many options to fit my budget. I will be booking again the future.
