Stephanie, Fatima, and Cindy are absolutely incredible. Every week, they go above and beyond to make our home spotless. Not only are they incredibly thorough and professional, but they are also genuinely kind people who take pride in what they do.

What really sets them apart is their attention to detail and willingness to help with the “little extras.” They always ask if there’s anything special I need done that week—and then magically get it all done on top of their regular cleaning. I’ve never had a team so consistent, so thoughtful, and so efficient.

They are incredibly reasonably priced for the quality and amount of work they do. I can’t recommend Complete Cleaning enough—it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home and my sanity!

I recently hired Complete Cleaning to clean my shop deep, and I have to say, I was impressed with their services. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I called to schedule an appointment. They worked with my schedule and patiently answered all my questions.

The team arrived on time on the cleaning day, which I appreciated. They were professional and got straight to work without wasting any time. I loved how they tackled every nook and cranny—my office sparkled as if it were new, and they did a fantastic job on the bathroom, too. It felt like I was walking into a completely different place!

What stood out to me was their attention to detail. They cleaned the surfaces and took care of things I often overlooked, like baseboards and light fixtures. Afterward, the whole place smelled fresh, which was a nice bonus.

I recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable service. I’ll be calling them again for future cleanings!

Had a house fire in FEB 2022. It was the night of a blizzard and 2 days before our wedding. Woodard helped almost immediately in getting the cleanup started and looking after the contents. Over the next few months, we worked closely with Brady, Brandon and the rest of the crew there on reconstruction and then the finishes to make it better than it was before. I cannot speak highly enough about Woodard and their service, communication and hard work throughout the process of getting our home back on its feet. A house fire or disaster is not fun, but it helps to have pros around to give some assurance and do a great job. Would recommend Woodard cleanup, construction and contents. results speak for themselves.

Kirk Smith and his remediation team at Woodard were absolutely fantastic. I am a first time home owner and had never dealt with any major home problems or insurance claims when I discovered there was a significant shower leak that caused the wood flooring to buckle outside of the master bedroom. Kirk Smith came in and made the process so smooth and was so helpful!! He was along for the ride fighting with my insurance company to pay for the mold remediation, met with their third party inspector and helped me argue my case as to why it should be covered. ultimately, they didn't cover much. But when we found out insurance wasn't covering the repairs he worked with me on price to make it fair for all parties. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. As a young homeowner he definitely put me at ease and made the process nearly painless. 10/10 would recommend Kirk Smith and Woodard!

Excellent service. My rug looks like new. The rug actually has a spring to it as each fiber is separate and standing on its own. I am very satisfied.

Brandon texted us 16 minutes before he arrived. He remembered us and was great with us and our dog upon arrival. He was open to discussing if another room could also use a cleaning and quickly arranged the addition. He did a wonderful job and we are pleased with all of his work and cleanup. Good job.

I'm rating our project manager. His name is Kyle and he was fantastic. Very responsive, helpful suggestions and good advice. We felt he went out of his way to meet our needs and if it wasn't for him the project would not have run as smoothly.

Brought in 6 area rugs for cleaning, the staff (Christy!) are amazingly accommodating and helpful, plus they turned the rugs around very quickly. Quite pleased with the results, price and efficiency. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for us, we will definitely use Woodard again for this service!

Home repair after moving truck crash- Woodard repaired every last detail. Multiple contractors and all well coordinated and fit within what my family schedule allowed for. Great communication, follow up, support and even encouragement in what was an unexpected undertaking!

The Woodard team, led by our project manager, Chuck Youchoff, was fantastic. We had a rather involved reconstruction project that required a lot of coordination across the Woodard team and subcontractors, as well as obtaining permits and approvals along the way. Chuck was excellent at keeping us informed and always presented options when we reached decision points or needed to change course. All of the workers were friendly, professional, and did a very clean job on the work. They have stood behind the work.

I was very skeptical about spending the money on an older area rug but it was worth every penny. Due to the size, we had Woodard come pick up the rug and the men were very professional and prompt. Would highly recommend Woodard Rug Cleaning for all your cleaning needs!

The workmanship and professionalism displayed by the Foreman Kevin Messmann and floor installer Josh Hardin in regards to our basement restoration project were exceptional. Their efforts and results of their work were well recognized and appreciated.

We recently had an AC leak which required extensive work to our building. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Jim was to work with throughout the entire process. Woodard was not only extremely prompt but their work was also exceptional. I would highly recommend them!

When you call Woodard for water mitigation issues, and in St Louis they are the only people I’d call, there are three people to ask for and deal with: Calvin. Calvin. And you guessed it, Calvin.

He was a team leader on our “issue.” Takes his job serious. Knows what he is doing. Has an easy going attitude and best of all CARES. Woodard has a rock star employees in Calvin and one others should emulate.

Oh, and yes, we are all dry!

Wow!! Woodard just worked MIRACLES on the hallway carpeting in my neglected condominium building. Literally every single stain is gone, even the massive, pitch-black 1 ft x 2 ft black stains that looked like dumped grease.

I got lucky and happened to have a snippet of this carpet in a photo from a few weeks ago. Check out this before and after!! Mind you, those nasty looking specks are nothing compared to many of the monstrous stains Woodard took care of today.

I am beyond impressed. Our hallways and carpets look brand new! I can't say anything about what our HOA paid for Woodard's services, but whatever we paid, it was 100% worth it.
