After being gone for a month recouperating from surgery my house was a mess, they came on the day I requested and did a great job.

Got an estimate from the owner who said to expect a call. That never happened so a week later I called to schedule an appointment. They showed up a day early so I rescheduled for the next day. They were 90 min late to that appointment. They did a decent job at cleaning but missed some obvious things. The next appointment was for 2 weeks, but they no showed. Rescheduled for the next day, but the no showed again. I'm done.

Complete waste of money. I paid $225 to get a 1 bed vacant apartment cleaned but they did a really poor job. They came back 2 times (3 times total) to fix the stuff they missed but I still ended up cleaning things. Things they didn't clean: the ceiling fans, the base boards, there was food on the kitchen backsplash, there was stuck on dirt on the floors, the list goes on and on. I would avoid this company.

The crew came to our house and cleaned top-to-bottom. Simply put, our house has never looked this clean.

I got top notch service from this company. I found them by putting a bid through Angie's List and was immediately contacted by Laurie and she helped handle my project from beginning to end. After the initial phone call, Laurie was responsive and very easy to communicate with by text and email. Managing a property remotely can be a hassle and she helped it go quite smoothly. Come cleaning day Laurie was very communicative by providing pictures and questions if anything came up. When the job was done I got a bunch of pictures so I knew the job was done right. 5 stars to Laurie and the team over at Complete Cleaning!
