I brought two vintage Moroccan rugs that I just purchased in Marrakech in for cleaning and minor repair work . Woodard was able to repair a few holes, clean up the fringe on the large one, re-braid the fringe on the runner, get the crease lines out, and remove the heavy smell from both of the rugs! They both look so vibrant and nice now. It was a bit expensive but definitely worth it to get the most life out of these beautiful rugs. And the 20% discount for dropping the rug off yourself is great. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Recently, the associates at Woodards did a great job of cleaning two wool & silk rugs for me. When I dropped them off they pointed out and reviewed the areas that would need special attention. The rugs were cleaned in a timely manner & all the spots that had been reviewed with me are now gone. I like to support local businesses & this is a company that I am quick to recommend.

Brian and his crew were friendly, courteous and professional. They did a tremendous job of cleaning my condo after piering. Believe me, the dust was everywhere. While wrapping up, they noticed water on my laundry room floor. With my permission, of course, they took over from there; cutting into the drywall to find the source of the leak, removing baseboards and setting up fans for drying. Had they not noticed the water on the floor, I would have had to handle it on my own.

Woodard has taken amazing care of my oriental rugs over the years. They were passed onto me from my grandmother. She also had them cleaned by Woodard. The staff is always courteous and helpful.
Chris came to clean our new recliner this week. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take before he started the project. The chair looks better than when I purchased it a month ago! Now it also has fabric protection. Chris a hard worker!

The service was awesome and our rubber gym floor looks just like it did when it was unrolled. Will definitely use again when we need it cleaned in the future. Also were very accommodating when needing a date change.

Jason Crews, my project manager, was incredible throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and even helped me shop for supplies when I had no clue what to purchase. Jason went above and beyond to ensure my kids and I were well taken care of and that our home was exactly what we needed it to be.

He was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer my questions and ease my concerns. Woodard cleaned two pieces of furniture and they did an excellent job. We have two dogs and the furniture had never been cleaned before. They were very responsive and provided good communication through the entire process. We will definitely use them again.

The short of it, these people are pros. The experience I received from this place was top tier service. Woodard is clearly organized and have figured out how to be effective in their communication from the front desk, to the technicians, to the project manager, and hand off across business departments. All in all, we had three different, two man teams working in my house. Each team was highly competent, and knew ahead of time what they were walking into. Each team was checking in with their assigned Project Manager, and likewise the Project Manager checking in with the crew. This level of attention during a high stress circumstance of water damage and uncertainty gradually dissipated with the quick response of Woodard (they showed up within 30 minutes of my call), to the immediate professionalism in quickly assessing the impact, forging a plan and reviewing it in great detail complete with options and being upfront on what’s included and not included (post work completion). I was made to feel confident that our home would recover from the sustained water damage despite how involved things got to reach that point, but again, I was made to feel comfortable by the professionalism displayed by everyone I engaged with from Woodard. Highly recommend! Shout out to those names I can remember… Crew Chief Calvin. Project Manager Alex. Tech Donnie and Cory. And Nick from reconstruction!

Woodards is an amazing St. Louis Family run institution! We just had an heirloom carpet cleaned and repaired there and they were so knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to do business with. On the expensive side but worth it. The employees really know what they are doing and no pressure at all to have the work done. Check out their workshop, it was so clean and well organized. Would totally use them again.

My dog peed on my bed! I was ready to throw it out before I found Kwik Dry Cleaning online. Mary came and completely cleaned the mattress and was able to remove the smell! Mattress looks brand new! Very happy with Mary and her service. She will be my go-to from now on for furniture cleaning.
