They do a great job and most importantly trust worthy. It’s like having my mom and aunts come clean for me. They are great.

Sandy and her crew are the best cleaning service I have ever used. They are kind, professional, trustworthy, honest, and do an incredible job from top to bottom. I would give them a 10 out of 10 or a higher rating.

Very bad service provided. Poor communication. They broke a lighting fixture that I never asked them to clean and refused to pay for a replacement. Beware of this company. They will damage your property.

The only word that can describe this cleaning company service , is SPECTACULAR. Since my wife and I recently had a baby our household chores became unbearable around the house. We Wanted to seek professional help for the longest but we was terrified to let anyone come because of this COVID-19 mess (and we have never let anyone clean our house before ).A Buddy of mine mentioned STL Best cleaning to us because his service was awesome and he told us that this was he goto cleaning company. When they came, they wore the proper PPE ,was polite and was overrall professional. When I say, my wife was at awe, we have never seen our house this clean since the baby.

Thank you STL Best cleaning for your service.

Marilyn has been a great help to me since the beginning getting my questions answered, inspection scheduled, and appointments set up. Will was helpful in the assessment and my technician Dennis has been wonderful too.

We have used Titan for several years to keep outdoor pests under control. Last month we got a bedbug invasion, and Shawn has been wonderfully reassuring. He has extensive experience and skill, and we are so glad he’s on the job. UPDATE: Today Dennis Smith came to do our regular pest service. He worked hard flattening molehills in our big back yard! He also did a full interior inspection and treatment, and assured me that the bedbugs are gone. That nightmare is over, and we thank Dennis and all of the Titan professionals for making sure our home belongs to US!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Our experience with Titan has been an absolute nightmare. We saw a raccoon in our carport (not our attic) and reached out for an appointment. The technician (Will) came on a Thursday. He had no ladder or equipment. He did go into our attic, and said he saw a family of raccoons. The pictures he took showed no raccoons, but he assured us they were there.

He then proceeded to quote us $1600 ($800 up front) to 'proof' the attic, and $45/month (1 year commitment) for bi-monthly visits. I trusted Will, and agreed (stupidly) to the terms. The lies may have already begun (I went into the attic myself and saw no animals, droppings, etc.), but they got worse when he said the 1-year contract would NOT auto-renew. After signing the paperwork, I found out this was not true. A lie, but not a huge deal, I'll just have to be vigilant about cancelling before the renewal kicks in. He said that someone would contact me, to set up the initial visits. Another lie. Will said it would be a two-day visit on back-to-back days. Another lie (see below). Will even took several pieces of Halloween candy out of our kitchen table jar, during the visit. Very unprofessional.

I ended up calling Titan, since no call came. The customer service rep said he would check the schedule and call me back that same day with some options. The call never came. Another lie.

My wife called the next day, and spoke to the same representative. He said we already HAD an appointment scheduled. It's lucky that we called, because we were never consulted or notified that an appointment had been made. The rep also said that it is NOT a two-day back-to-back visit, the two visits come 10-15 days apart.

At this point, I knew this company was not someone that I wanted to be involved with. I asked to speak to a manager or an owner. The rep said that wasn't possible, but he would put in a note to have a manager call me that day. I emailed, texted, and filled out the online form...begging a manager to call me back ASAP. Eventually, Stephanie (the customer service manager) called me. I wanted an owner, but thought this may suffice. This was Tuesday (after the previous Thursday's home visit).

I told Stephanie that this whole process has been frustrating, and that we've been given conflicting information throughout our experience with Titan. She then told me that Will was no longer with the company! What could've happened in that short time frame?

I then said that we wanted to exercise our right to opt-out of the contract (since we were within 3 business days, which is federal law), and request the $800 refund. Stephanie said she would process the cancellation, present all of my complaints, and contact me within 1-2 business days. When no contact came, on the third business day, I reached out to her.

She apologized, and said the contract cancellation was in the review process, and could take 1-2 weeks (!). This was the first I'd heard of this time window. I was content to just let this issue play out, until she said, "Right now, it could go either way." Now I'm furious.

No, it CAN'T "go either way." We cancelled within the federally-regulated 3 business day window. We've been lied to, deceived, and ignored. I mentioned that we have presented all of this information to a lawyer. We ended our call. Within an hour, she called back to let us know that the contract cancellation had been confirmed. Funny how 1-2 weeks turns into 1-2 hours, when you mention a lawyer. I'm out $300 in lawyer fees, but I would've paid double that to not have to EVER deal with Titan again.

TLDR: Seek help somewhere else. This company is a disaster.

I was very disappointed in the service I received from Titan.

After a very convincing salesman came out to assess the damage the squirrels had done to my attic, he quoted me $1450 to remove the squirrels and wildlife proof the house. It also included a one-year guarantee. I hired him, but I guess I should have asked more questions about what the work actually entailed. I feel like his sales pitch made it seem like there was going to be a lot more work done than there actually was.

The original installation of the one-way squirrel tube happened on a Monday. I got home and I didn't notice anything was done, but I wasn't sure what I was looking for so assumed they had been and gone. However, it wasn't until Wednesday I got an email telling me they'd be here on Thursday. I'm sure Monday's rain delayed their appointment, but it would have been nice to have notification of the rescheduled appointment.

I was underwhelmed by the work that was done. They used a mesh metal wire to cover up the hole the squirrels were using as well as had a wire mesh tunnel for the squirrels to exit the attic. I was told they would be squirrel proofing all around the soffit, but I didn't see anything in the notes about fixing any other part of the roof or it's related spaces. I called the office and asked (and I also told them I thought it wasn't a great business practice to not notify a customer of rescheduling an appointment) and the person who answered said they would get in contact with the tech who did the service to update the notes, but to my knowledge there was not any new information added to the notes. (Note: I would say the installation of the mesh metal cover and tube probably took 20 minutes.)

Another tech was suppose to come out a week later to remove the tube. Again, the appointment was changed without notifiying me. Just a weird business practice IMO. The tech checked the roof to make sure the squirrels hadn't left additional damage, removed the tunnel, and went into the attic to sanitize. However, I did hear him walking in the attic nor hear any type of sanitiziing equipment (it is possible the sanitizing was done without me hearing anything.) Again, I think he was here for 20 minutes.

When he left, I found his tool belt at the bottom of my attic. No big deal, I kept it for him to pick up the next day. However, looking in my yard I found the squirrel tunnel. In addition, he left the side gate open. I have a dog, so the next time the dog went outside he took an adventure around the neighborhood. Luckily, another neighbor brought him home before he was hurt.

To me, I do not think the service provided was worth $1400. Maybe $500? But for the amount of time spent at my house as well as the careless mistakes that were made, I was not happy with this service. I wish I would have shopped around.

Stephanie has been extraordinarily helpful and attentive to making sure that we got the appropriate assistance and to address any issues that came up along the way. She has been responsive, polite, and patient and would definitely recommend this service.

Shawn came to our house and set up a squirrel trap in the attic. He said we wouldn’t need to even check it because we would hear if a squirrel was caught. He was very friendly and helpful and told us to contact him directly if we caught a squirrel over the weekend or if we had any questions. It is always nice to have a direct person to contact for anything that may come up after that was set up.

I contacted & paid for the multiple squirrel problem in my attic. Feels like a waste of money Those have a heart traps are a joke because the squirrels are still making noise in my attic & the entry point is still exposed. I thought the entry point into my attic would've received some kind of steel 1 way out trap for the money I paid. UPDATE: Titan did apologize for the miscommunication & immediately sent a guy out to make the corrections the following day. I waited a few days to update my review to listen for any attic disturbances. It's a relief to sleep again without that interruption

Only company required to come out and look, which was a negative in this case as we were looking for ASAP but did a great job was affordable and was accommodating with scheduling. Highly reccomend

I have been at my wits end with this ongoing issue of midges/no-see-ums for the past few years. To be honest, it has made me a little crazy! When my pest service told me they didn’t have a specific product to combat them, I did not know how I would defeat them on my own. I have spent countless hours Googling ways to eliminate them but not knowing which product was the safest and which would work the most effectively. You have to be careful when applying these products because they may cause respiratory or other health issues. While searching Google, I stumbled across Titan Pest & Wildlife Solutions and so happy I did. I actually sent the quote form at one am on a Saturday morning and by 10 am I received a text asking if a tech could stop by and evaluate my property. My tech, Christian is amazing! He introduced himself and was extremely polite and full of information as listened to my concerns. He inspected my home from top to bottom, inside and out and did not rush through this process. I decided on a plan that fits my needs and I have to say, I was shocked that he sprayed the same day. Titan’s prices are comparable to what I had been paying in the past and most definitely so with DIY products, if not less. I am feeling relieved, but it is only the first application so I will give an update when I feel my sanity has completely returned.

Update: Going forward, John, my new service tech has treated my home for the past several months. I have explained the situation to him and he goes above and beyond to treat my home with a product especially designed for the annoying insects invading my home.
Best customer service! Marilyn @ Titan Pest Solutions, has been wonderful! She has reached out to me several times to make sure I am satisfied with the services being performed.

We had racoons in the attic and called Titan. They were able to get someone there the next day. J took pictures and explained their process for evacuation and preventing them from returning. They also provide a 1 year guarantee.

I had Brandyn come out and he was very professional and helped me with my raccoon problem. Also the receptionist did an amazing job with helping me out on what to do before the company came out in the meantime.
