This company has far surpassed any experience with other pest control companies! J was great in explaining in detail our different options and what makes Titan different. He did not try to sell us something just to get the highest dollar amount. We felt really taken care of as customers while ensuring we are doing what is needed to protect our home and dealing with our current mice problem.

I called several wildlife companies and told them what was going on in my home (there was a dead animal smell I could not locate a dead animal) and I asked them about their services. Several companies told me they could not assist me without a dead animal being visible (they wouldn’t come look for the animal). I called Titan Wildlife and they sent J. Kesterson. He came he did his inspection, eased my nerve by letting me know there were no dead animals in my home, to the deck we go, he located the dead animal, improvised on how to get it out of its hard to reach location and was able to provide same day service. He provided that service with a smile and of course other ways he could assist me with preventing this from happening again. I would recommend their services if you need someone to help you find and remove any unwanted guests. Thank you J

My neighbor, Tony, told me about this company a few weeks ago and told me if I ever had a pest problem, to contact Titan. Never thought I’d have a pest problem until I found a yellow jackets nest on my deck. I told Tony about this and had referred me to Sean with Titan. Sean came out and successfully removed this hornets nest in his bee suit.. and did it on a Sunday morning. Could not have been happier with this service. Highly recommend this company!

After several attempts contacting other Pest Control companies, I dialed Titan and the customer service was next level. They are super responsive, easy to work with, and professional. Jay was at our residence the next day. I highly recommend this company.

Brandon is doing an awesome job taking care of our attic mice problem! He explains everything thoroughly, is always prompt with arrival times, and is just a very friendly person. Would 100% recommend him with Titan.

Ken did a fantastic job! He called to make sure which gate to enter, how to open and if we had dogs. When I expressed my concern about the bait and whether it was safe for pets, he agreed to put purple flags near where he put bait so we can ensure the dogs do not dig near those spots. Even though the bait is safe for pets, it added extra peace of mind.

Titan Pets & Wildlife Solutions is excellent at selling their services and collecting payment but that’s where the professionalism ends.

They promptly scheduled the initial visit after requiring a 50% upfront payment, and conveniently collected the remaining 50% immediately after that first visit. However, once payment was complete, communication and follow up through completely stopped.

Per their own service agreement, a follow-up visit was supposed to occur within a couple of weeks to include sanitation and disinfecting services. It has now been over two months since they installed a cage/tunnel in my attic, and that follow-up has never happened.

To date, three follow-up appointments have been scheduled. Not once did anyone show up. Not once did I receive a phone call, email, or any notice of cancellation. When I called to ask why they didn’t appear, I reached a call center overseas where I received repeated apologies but no answers, no accountability, and no resolution. I am still waiting for a promised callback after the first, second and third missed appointment.

I took three separate days off work, stayed home for hours each time, and was completely ignored. This is not just poor service, it’s a complete failure to honor a signed agreement.

I am posting this review to formally request a refund, as Titan Pets & Wildlife Solutions has not fulfilled the terms of their own agreement.

I strongly recommend choosing another company. The high ratings may look convincing, but my experience suggests otherwise.

Dennis came to our home to follow-up on a job well done and completed by Titan back in December.
We were not at home because of some miscommunication. He contacted me by phone to let me know that it was okay and to just call and reschedule the service.
He was polite and courteous at all times and was eager to make sure we were satisfied.

Great experience from the start. Jay did a thorough inspection, identified mice, squirrels, and birds in my attic and clearly documented all entry points and needed repairs. Brandyn followed up by setting humane traps and sealing everything properly. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend!
