They offer good customer service. Marilyn was very helpful. Had to cancel this months treatment for a variety of reasons very accommodating. They will resume service in January.

I called Titan pest based on the google reviews I saw and how close they are to my house. The person who I talked to was very nice and took care of me right away. The next day, J called and actually came out earlier than my appointment time which was great. J was very knowledgeable about all their offerings and worked with me to get a good deal for spider and bug treatments. He did a very thorough job spraying around the house and took care not to spray personal items. He placed a bunch of glue traps in problem areas also. I look forward to working with Titan to get rid of all the spiders I. My house.

I give Shawn 5 stars. He knows his stuff, very personable, and does everything he says he will. The office staff I give NO stars. They are horrible at communication, aren't knowledge about what is going to happen at your house, they never ask what day works best for you they just schedule you and you have to ask when to find out their coming. Shawn is GREAT.

Overall very good experience with Titan’s termite treatment service. Also Sheryl has been very helpful in the customer service side of things.

My whole experience with Titan was pretty smooth. Shawn and Nathan were rockstars and took care of all the contracted work while it was raining. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend the service. We had wildlife removal, soffit and siding sealed, branch trimming and bush removal. All completed professionally.

J came out to inspect our home and was extremely knowledgeable about both the sprays and the pests. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns with patience. Our yard was treated with a natural spray, which was very important to me. As Affton residents, we were happy to support a local company, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them!

Brandyn was very nice very friendly he done a great job at looking around and getting me to understand, and keeping me updated with everything that was going to happen and that's going to happen, we have raccoon!! Soon to be gone ,, thanks to titan!

Shawn was awesome. He did a great job. He treated my yard and the interior of my house for general pests. My house have no more spiders and the exterior have fewer mosquitoes. He also did wildlife proofing in the attic. He's very professional the entire visit and friendly. The cost was reasonable.

I can't recommend enough Titan Pest control. They came out quickly and gave us immediate service for our yellow jacket problem at our home. Brandyn our technician was so kind and explained things so well! They are also reasonably priced. When it appeared the infestation was more than originally thought and the pests were getting more frequent in our home, Brandyn dropped everything today (Saturday) to come out again and spray again to make sure our problem was fixed! He also put this terrified and highly allergic client at ease!

Brandyn was absolutely fantastic! I put in a request late Monday night after seeing a THIRD mouse in my home and by 10am I had a call from the company and an appointment! Not only that but Brandyn reached out to me early to see if I’d like him to come sooner, which worked out perfectly. Brandyn was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) with a smile, explaining the process along the way. I’m so glad I made the call and opted to do business with Titan. Thank you again for what will now be a mouse free Christmas. For anyone in need of help with a pest or rodent problem, don’t hesitate and hope it goes away on its own, call Titan.

Shawn and Nathan treated my house as part of Titans household and wildlife protection package. They carefully explained what they were going to do before doing it and made sure to check with me before treating certain areas of the house. Additionally, they helped seal and repair some of my siding that had popped out. Overall, Shawn and Nathan were respectful and really took the time to explain their process which help set me at ease and allow my family to feel safe in our home from potential wildlife encroachment.

I love the customer service very friendly, and after researching other companies this was the most budget-friendly. Marilyn in the St Louis office was very patient with me. She made sure I was completely satisfied and all my questions were answered.

Upon arrival Ken was very respectful of our home. Ken has excellent communication before arriving to home to make sure timing was good for us as well. If service is ever needed for myself or anyone Ken is your guy.

I told the salesman several times I only want the mole services. I do not want my yard sprayed with chemicals. I am highly allergic to pesticides and my dogs eat grass. Yet he put the spray on my contract. You can't reach any human being only AI agents. Beware of this company.

Working with Titan has been such a positive experience. They are knowledgeable and collaborate with you to come up with just the plan you need. Jay was patient and answered all of my questions.

Enlisted help from Titan earlier this year because we had squirrels getting and and causing a lot of damage in areas of our fascia and roof. It was starting to get bad (hearing scratches as they began getting deeper into the wood where we could hear them running around inside our living areas). Had professional interactions with several of the employees as they came out to inspect everything, setup one-way exits, and then subsequently to seal problem areas up after the wildlife had all exited (Cameron S, Nathan, B).

More recently, thanks to their warranty, I was also quite pleased with them coming out to remediate an area on our roof facing the backyard that earlier this year did not seem to have squirrels getting in (perhaps because they had setup such a luxury apartment in the front of the house), but they'd slowly figured out how to make their way in and have slowly started bringing some branches up to build a nest.

Shawn H came out this time within a day of me calling, did an inspection, and is going to setup a one-way exit for a week or so, and then seal up this area once it is clear. He was prompt and great to work with. Especially when it doesn't take long for squirrels to make some serious damage, I appreciate how quickly he was able to come out to check it out.

I'm excited to get the last problem area of our roof / fascia fixed and sealed. Titan always does a professional job, and their warranty was nice to know about for the peace of mind, but in my case, it was great to know that they are making sure areas we didn't notice before get resolved.

I called due to an animal being in my wall. They showed up the same day in which I loved. When they came they inspected the property but did nothing about the animal. Stating that that will be back within a week. I paid what they charged. I ended up getting the nail out of my house since in fell through a hole and was in my furnace closet. They explained my home required two men. They showed up at the scheduled time with only one man. He was only able to treat the home with bug spray even though I’m not having an issue with bugs. Fast forward they got the job done but now I have three charges on my car instead of 2. I called and they assured me that it was reversed just give it 5-7 days. Welp 7 days later the charge is still there. I’m not sure how they got a 4.8 stars because it’s just been a lot of not on time promises.

Huge thanks to Nathan, Shawn, and Luke from Titan Pest Control! They helped remove a bird nest from one of our vents and took the time to clean and cover all of them afterward. Super professional, showed up early, and their pricing was very fair. Really appreciate the great service. Highly recommend!
