I have only positive things to say about this company! Our whole street was affected by a sewer backup and I was lucky enough to get put in contact with these guys. Our project manager Kyle was fantastic! He really helped navigate this awful situation! We had 3 inches of raw sewage and grease back up into our finished basement. They arrived ready to go and made huge progress the first night! The technicians - especially Corey and Nate- were all amazing with great communication skills and keeping me informed of what was happening, what the next step was and let me ask lots of questions regarding the products used. These guys were essential in getting this done. This team showed up on time consistently and worked their bums off. I can stand in my basement and smell nothing of what happened, which is impressive after the volume of raw sewage that was down there.
Many of my neighbors ended up reaching out to Woodard as the companies they hired initially did such poor jobs. Supposedly reputable companies, at that.
My home was the only one who had Woodard from start to finish. I'm also the only one who hasn't had multiple companies return over the following months to try to fix things that weren't done right the first time.
Woodard is the only way to go. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

Chad and his team did a great job helping clean our establishment after a small fire.
He was there to answer any questions I had. Even if they were not in his area he still made sure I got answers and helped along the way. I appreciate good communication and hard work ethic. That's very rare to find nowadays. Thanks again!

I had two oriental rugs cleaned. Woodard picked them up at the schedule time and return them in a timely fashion. The rugs look better and the fringe is so clean! It was a little expensive, but one rug was large, and the price included them, picking them up and delivering them. It was worth it.

Woodard was quick to respond and to remedy the leak from our upstairs neighbor. Efficient, knowledgeable and straight forward in their explanation of what needed to be done, the tech, Tay, and his assistant, explained everything as they went through the process. They leaned up our place, removing all debris, and made sure to do the same for the building. Couldn’t ask for more!

I had two room size rugs taken to be cleaned by Woodard. It’s important to me that if I have invested in fine rugs that I take care of them. Woodard is the best in town and service is prompt . All the employees are professional , clean and careful . Thank you Woodard !

Sales process was excellent and went well. Erica was informative and provided needed information. The 3 gentlemen that came out to do the work were the same way. They worked very hard and did a good job.

Very good job of promptly cleaning wall-to-wall carpets and took away area rugs to get cleaned at their facility. Were able to get almost all pet stains out. Professional and friendly staff.

I've used Woodard several times over the years and they are always the ultimate professionals. This time the cleaned 3 rooms of carpet and my kitchen tile/grout. The kitchen floors looked brand new! Incredible job! My ancient carpets came back to life saving me from replacement just a little longer. Their team is always great and this time they took an area rug away to deep clean it. Very happy as always with their service. Competitively priced but local and service put them over the top for me.

Our area rugs came back like new! Stains we had tried to get out gone. We bought one rug at an antique shop and, when it came back from Woodards after being cleaned, it literally looked like a different rug--beautiful gold highlights that weren't visible before are now obvious. We couldn't be more pleased.

At first I was so thankful for this company after my house fire in 2023 but the repairs they did were overall low quality, they do not stand behind their products, and push you to sign their forms before they even were 100% complete. After I moved back home I immediately told them my attic fan was broken, my front door wouldn’t latch, and there was a half inch gap between the bottom of the door and the ground which you could clearly see outside. All of those they refused to fix, saying it wasn’t because of them. I told them I wanted a board outside replaced on the side of my roof since they had to replace the roof and paid the extra amount owed for it. They only replaced half the board and said that’s what was the agreement when it wasn’t what I asked for. In the last year I’ve started to notice areas in the flooring they replaced that the nails from the sub flooring is coming through, they said it’s only a year warranty so they will not cover any of the issues. I would not recommend this company.

Woodard Cleaning and Restoration was fantastic helping us recover from a fire in our garage. They were on the scene immediately to inspect, even on a Friday night. Then they came back to do initial cleanup the next day. They worked with the insurance company very well and picked up the things that needed cleaning quickly. Most of the things they cleaned and stored for us were in better shape than before the fire. We DEFINITELY recommend Woodard Cleaning and Restoration!

I recently began managing a historic high rise- within the first 2 months I have had to call on Woodard for a couple of small things and a couple of major issues. They treat each event with urgency, large or small. The entire team is efficient and courteous. Communication and follow up is excellent.

We had Woodard come out to clean our white linen couches and had a great experience! Matt was kind and professional. We are having him come back out later this week for an inspection, but we expected that to be the case as these couches needed a lot of love. Would highly recommend!
