This company's repair truck is regularly parked on the sidewalk at Euclid and Forest Park Parkway. This dangerous for pedestrians who have to walk around the truck. My neighborhood is very walkable. Midwest Repair Services should be more respectful.

I have called Environmental for all my furnace/AC needs for over a decade. Their repairs have always been quick and reasonable priced. When our HVAC died a few years ago they bent over backwards to provide A+ service.

Top notch service. Mini-split was replaced in a timely manner during January 2024 sub zero temperatures.
Environmental Heating and Cooling Owner gave us options for repair or replace. The price for a new unit seemed reasonable and since parts for the 10 year old unit were not readily available we went with a new install. Highly recommended and will definitely call again when the need arises.

Called and made an appointment about 9 days out ,as I was told the schedule is full until then. I was happy for a one hour window for the scheduled time, however they never showed up or called. This is why I gave one star.
