If I could give this company no stars I would this group of thieves took advantage of my elderly Aunt and Uncle .They called because the AC wasn't working thought maybe it was the thermostat the guy showed up charge them $90 labor fee and put a new battery in the thermostat then charged them and outrageous service call fee when it was all said and done it was $250 air conditioners still wasn't working we had to call Academy air they came out said the thermostat was working perfectly fine the problem was the actual air conditioner outside had had a problem So my aunt wound up having to pay a legit company $450 to do the job correctly now her air conditioner is working. I do not understand how these Jokers can sleep at night charging elderly people and not fixing anything absolutely do not use this company they will rip you off!!!!

We placed a service call through our home warranty. They gave the service call to Air Quality. The guy came out stated we were low on the refrigerant for the AC unit. We have to pay $100 for any service call through our home warranty we have had nothing but great service with Home Warranty of America. This guy told my wife the line from the AC unit had to be replaced and was suppose to come back to fix it but never did. When speaking with the rep from Home Warranty of American he never followed up with them and the ticket was closed. We had to place another call which cost us another $100. We have tried for months to call and it straight to voicemail. We paid $240 to this guy for incomplete service. Sir if have no good intentions on doing quality work as your name states change the name. Good hard working American people out here you're making money ripping them off. Time to get Fox 2 News you paid for it involved.

Came home from being out of town and discovered our furnace was not heating the house. 6:30 on a Wednesday night. Called Classic Aire Care and they sent Joe V right out. He arrived 45 minutes late and within 1/2 hour he replaced a valve and had our furnace back up and running. As the temps were to be in the 7-10 degree range that night it was very appreciated. Joe V was friendly, efficient, and got the job done! Thanks Classic Aire Care!

Brandon F. performed our furnace maintenance and was outstanding. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and finished in under 30 minutes. He thoroughly cleaned and tuned the system and left our furnace running more efficiently than ever.
His expertise is obvious — he explained everything clearly and even shared a few maintenance tips. Professional, fast, and genuinely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Ian and Nate exuded professional confidence, workmanship and experience. Plus they were 2 nice guys! They did a thorough cleanup as well. They reviewed the installation process and explained how to set up the thermostat. We are long time Fazold customers and we're equally satisfied with our experience with Classic Aire Care.

Vince was awesome! He got out to my house in a cold night really quickly and had my heater back working quickly! His service was outstanding and I will be a customer for a long time. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the excellent service Alex gave us today. It was amazing that he was able to come out quickly when our AC wouldn't start. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything and fixed the issue. Very respectful person. Highly recommended.

Vince was knowledgeable and professional. He came out late on a Friday night and fully inspected my furnace after Spire reported it was leaking gas. He ran through several different tests and inspections and showed me the furnace was working properly. He answered all my questions and clearly explained the entire process. He went above and beyond to correctly locate the gas leak in the gas line and talk to Spire on the phone to have them come back to fix the leak immediately. I have already recommended Classic Aire Care to a friend.

Kyle knot on my door and introduce himself saying he was from Classic AireCare and was here to install Air conditioner and furnace. I let him in through the basement. He explained everything they would be doing. He put in Thermostat and explained how it works. We went outside and he explained to me about the new air conditioner unit. I would recommend Kyle for any job,and to anyone of my relatives and friends. Thanks Classic AireCare and thank you Kyle.

I've been using Classic Aire Care for several years and have always been very pleased. I use their bi-annual service plan for our residential heating and cooling systems. They have done everything from routine maintenance to a full furnace replacement. We recently had a minor issue after upgrading a water line for our humidifier system. They were able to come out the same day (thanks Vince!) that I called to fix the problem before a winter storm rolled in. They do great work and have top of the line customer service. Highly recommend!

My mother's furnace was not working correctly on a Friday with before zero windchills. I called for an emergency appointment and Vince went to my mother's home and got the furnace fixed. She told me how nice he was and that he took the time to explain the issue and got her setup on a maintenance plan. It's because of awesome service like this that I am a customer of a Classic Aire Care.

Was scheduled for a furnace check up on Monday; but they were able to come today before the bad weather hits! While doing his check, Brandon did find a couple of wires "fried" and fixed those in no time and I had another item (I can't remember what is called, but rather important) that was "fried" as well but still in working order. He has ordered the part and will install it next week. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a new heating and cooling since most have been bought out etc....
I called Classic Aire Care and Jack came to service my Furnace. He was very professional and friendly and a seasoned knowledgeable person. He did an excellant Job...I may obtain a maintenace program from this company.

Mike A came out for a plumbing service call and was very helpful and friendly. It was super easy to schedule and convenient for us even though we live far out in the country. They have to come back out later this week to replace our water heater but Mike discussed all the options with me and helped me make the best decision for us. I would definitely use this company again.

I called Classic Aire Care to send a plumber to unclog a toilet in my home. I was told they work with a third-party plumbing service and that the cost would be $109 for the diagnostic plus labor for the time spent at my house.

The plumber arrived and spent about 30 minutes fixing the issue. When he left, he told us to expect the bill to be around $300, which seemed reasonable based on what we were told.

Instead, I received an invoice for $482.

When I called to ask for an explanation, I was told that this is simply what the third-party company charges and that there was nothing they could do. At no point was I informed of a one-hour minimum charge or a 30-minute travel fee. This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating.

Yes, the service was on a weekend and outside normal business hours, and I understand that costs can be higher, but the prices should have been clearly disclosed upfront. Had I known the true cost, I would have either scheduled service during normal hours or chosen a different company.

I am now stuck paying a bill far higher than what was communicated, and because of this experience, I will not be calling Classic Aire Care for service again.

We had been using an area HVAC company. They were impersonal and high $ to say the least.
Classic Aire Care periodically sends out direct mail. We have recently moved and it came to our new address at the perfect time. We received a warm welcome on the phone for an appt.
JUSTIN C. was our tech. He inspected our furnace/AC and then explained their maintenance agreement which is affordable and includes many more perks than company X. JUSTIN was delightful and very knowledgeable.
We are very happy with our new maintenance agreement, Justin and Classic Aire Care.

Thank you to Classic Aire and Michael P for doing an amazing job putting in a brand new full a/c and furnace system yesterday. Have enjoyed working with this company from the very start and was very confident in the service and work we’d receive on installation day. Then Michael arrived and went above and beyond with this appointment. He was friendly, had an outstanding work ethic, and put every effort into making sure his work was up to Classic Aire, and most likely his own, standards! I’m so impressed with the work he did. The workmanship on every seam and screw is flawless. We needed two registers cut out of our wall, all new pieces to replace our 30+ year system, and left on time with every speck cleaned up. I am so grateful and thankful to continue working with you all for our ac/furnace needs!
