These guys are just the best! Friendly family service. They installed my new unit at 3 Margaritas and it's been running great ever since.

I was referred here by a friend who used to work here. He said the owner was very knowledgeable and very fair. I had 3 different offers and while this place did offer the lowest price I know the quality is still great. The gentlemen who came out were courteous and helpful. They cleaned up the mess and were on their way. I will always return back to them for any services that may need done in the years to come. Definitely recommend.

We recently moved to Affton, my father-in-law recommended this company for our occupancy permit. The company quoted us $500 to get the job done. It took them three weeks to complete the job, the reasoning is they said they kept forgetting equipment. After they finished the job they sent us a bill for $780. When I called to ask why the bill changed they said it was because they kept happening to come out to complete the job. How is this the customers fault? Meanwhile I was nine months pregnant and we couldn’t pass occupancy because of the heating and cooling company. I would not recommend this business I felt they took advantage of us. We contacted them again before sending off the $780 check and told them they could make this right and send us a bill for $500 and they said they would but they cashed the $780 check.

I got an estimate from three different hvac companies on a furnace . Person was by far the most reasonable . Came in got the job done in a reasonable amount of time

My AC went out and different companies gave me the run around on a time frame but I got in contact with these guys and let me tell you the service was outstanding! The technician was very polite and thorough with his work. I highly recommend you go through them for any HVAC work!

I would suggest that any customer do your research before allowing your warranty company send this company to your residence. The quality of the work, timeliness, professionally is extremely poor. Gene (owner) came to my residence after one of his technician did a poor job of repairing my unit. The tech was cursing at my residence as well as on the telephone while I was speaking with the owner. He told him to come down. He left without saying anything. On top of the fact I paid out of pocket $820.00 for a extremely poor job. Gene came to my residence and LIED to my face indicating that after he reviewed the invoice of my charges that he would give me a call. It has been 24 hours since that time and I haven't heard anything and he not answering the telephone. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT THING DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!

I am thankful for the honest skilled service that I have received for two years in my home. I know Person HVAC is Heaven sent. I am grateful for someone in this field that I can trust to serve with integrity and do an expert job. Thank you Ms. May and Mr. Albert for being in good company with Person HVAC.

I highly recommend this company if you're looking for great service at a reasonable price.
I have an older system that has needed to be serviced, for various reasons, over the past few years. Everyone else that has come out has told me that my only option was to get a new system. But thanks to the techs at Person HVAC my AC is keeping my home cool. Thank you!

I used the business and received great service this is the second system that they have installed for me The first system lasted 26 years ,they were on time and did great job. This is a great service I highly recommend there service .

Beware! Do not hire! No matter the emergency call someone else!

I'm in the construction industry and I have a fairly good knowledge of prices. This man will absolutely rip you off. Not a little over priced, but will positively steal from you. To the tune of:

$137 for a $24 capacitor
$150 for 20 minutes of washing your condenser
$164 for an emergency call out, during business hours!

Call someone else, literally anyone else, do not give this crook your money.

I called them at 12:15 pm and they said it would probably be an hour and a half or so. They called me later and said it would be 4:30. They got lost and were here after 5 When he gave me the bill he charged me after hours service call because it was after 5 through no fault of my own. When I told him that I didn't think I should have to pay the additional overtime service call rate he refused to do anything about it. This was a $650 repair not just a couple of hundred. I explained my side and he still refused to do anything therefore I am giving him a 2 star.

My parents heat was not working and they had recently both had heart attacks and the temperatures were in the 40’s at night so they called this company to come out and look at it. This company stated it would be 89 dollars for consultation. After looking at it he told my parents he needed to get a part which they agreed to however the man there did not tell them the cost of the part. He then came back with the part and told my parents it didn’t work. He then charged the 500 dollars for parts that did not work and proceeded to tell them he had to leave as he had spent too much time there. She was upset about the situation and he proceeded to yell at my 65 year old mother who had a heart attack a month ago. He then left after charging them 500 dollars for something he did not fix. He also had a partner who sat in the car the whole time and did not help but yet they were charged 200 dollars for labor. He was there for maybe 3 hours. When I called to speak with a supervisor they refused to give me the name of a supervisor and said very rudely I could try to call another time. Unbelievable service. I am so disappointed that anyone would treat a 65 year old in this manor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Originally told me that he would be at my place in one hour, 45 min later he called and stated he wouldn't be able to make it until another hour. Another hour went by, still no one showed. Called and stated he was another 45 min out. Waited all day for him to show up...nothing. i called someone else to come out, with no response from this business owner. Over an hour later, 2 guys show up, after I've called to cancel his services. I refused service to him and he got aggressive on my own porch, and i told him to leave. I wouldn't hire this guy ever. Bad customer service and never shows up when he says.
