Our air conditioner was not working and it was the hottest day of the year!
Jon got the furnace blower to work and get us cooled down. We had another company over before Jon and they only offered a replacement and no temporary solution to get us some air. Jon did! And it was part of their free “Second Opinion” appointment call. That’s all I need to know, he’s a good dude. Thanks Jon!!

I recently paid the $129 diagnostic fee to look at my HVAC because my winter electric bills were spiking. The technician was polite and correctly identified a problem a dead element on my indoor heat kit and clipped wires on the second breaker.
However, I was disappointed with the estimate they provided. They quoted me roughly $1,000 to replace it with a brand-new 15 KW strip, simply because that was what was already in the machine. What they failed to check was my condo's actual electrical capacity. My home only has a single 60-amp wire running to the unit, meaning it physically cannot power a 15 KW heater. If I had accepted their quote, I would have overpaid for a larger unit, only for the installers to realize they couldn't plug the second half of it in. I ended up getting a second opinion from another local company who caught this electrical limitation right away and quoted me for the correct, safer, and cheaper 10 KW unit. On top of the flawed estimate, there was a pretty heavy sales pitch to sign up for their monthly maintenance/warranty plan, which felt unnecessary. Classic Aire Care is fine for finding a broken part, but I highly recommend homeowners double-check the technical details and get a second opinion before approving any expensive replacement quotes. Be prepared for the monthly plan upsell as well

Sterling was on time and was efficient in replacing a pipe that came from the basement to our outside faucet that was ruptured by the hard freeze this Winter. He was friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing.

Frank with Classic Aire Care was great. They came out very quickly, same day, after I called about an issue with our furnace cutting off. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the it quickly. He explained the issue to me with plain language. Very professional and prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

I was having trouble with my furnace shutting off. I changed batteries and filter, turned unit off and on. It did come back on for a couple days then shut off again. I called Classic Aire Care (very polite phone call) and they sent a technician out same day. My technician, Mitch arrived on time and immediately put on shoe covers before coming in. We talked about the problem. He looked at my thermostat and then went downstairs to look at furnace. There was no apparent problem. He was very kind and educated me on what it could possibly be. Mitch did a thorough check of the furnace and made sure it was running properly. Mitch was very professional and yet made me feel like I knew him forever. I highly recommend Classic Aire Care and will be calling for future needs! Ask for Mitch, and trust he will take care of what’s needed.

I really appreciate how smooth the whole process went. I also appreciate how patient Dan F. was with all my changes from wanting only ductwork to getting a whole new HVAC system with custom ductwork. Everyone who assisted were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in the decisions I made. No one pressured me to make a decision. The price was also the best price and value out of all six companies I got quotes from. The install was quick and the technicians, Austin and Shannon, were very respectful and worked very efficiently together to get everything installed. I'm now glad to have a new HVAC system and ductwork that's not at a major risk of breaking down in a few years. Thank you for all your hard work!
