I hired Unique to disconnect and cap two radiators so I could refinish and paint them. Unlike some some other companies, Unique quoted me a price up front. The technician was courteous and careful and competed the job within estimated time. Very satisfied.

My furnace went out over a holiday weekend and the weather was freezing cold. I contacted Unique Heating and Cooling on a Sunday morning and had someone at my house within a few hours. The technician was pleasant and very professional. He had the part on his truck and had my furnace repaired and working in about 30 minutes. Unique did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Heating and Cooling company.

When I bought my house 20 years ago I called Unique Heating and Cooling because they know all about boilers and radiant heat. My boiler was VERY OLD, and eventually had to be replaced. My air conditioners were also old, and over time I have replaced them With more efficient units as well. In all cases, Unique has done a timely and reasonably priced job. Their technicians are nice people, and they know what they are doing, so they do an excellent job!

I came home to frozen ac lines. Unique was able to get someone out that day. Unfortunately, the control board was shot. When the part came in they worked with my schedule to come and install the part quickly.

The technician, Tony, was great to work with and did an excellent job explaining the issue and solution.

I am extremely pleased with Unique’s service.

I needed to purchase a new a/c during the summer. Unique Heating and Cooling offered the water pump air conditioner at the best local price, and actively worked with their supplier to expedite the delivery and installation. More importantly, both customer representatives I coordinated with over the weeks are world class and genuinely care about the customers. One example, is that they continued to push me information/updates/timelines, rather than me request to pull it.
Their technicians are knowledgeable, care about their work, friendly and accommodated to meet with me outside of my own working hours.

We are very happy with our humidifier! Unique Heating & Cooling was really good at installing it in a timely manner. They were very polite & cleaned up after themselves! Before leaving they went above & beyond to explain the unit and how to adjust it.

Milo came and diagnosed the problem with the cooling. He was able to fix it and make some recommendations. Very friendly and professional.

I had a heating/flame sensor go down on me and was unable to properly diagnose the issue or fix it. A representative from Unique came out and very quickly pinpointed the issue, and within a short time was able to get everything working again. After talking to another business who had quoted me repairs in the thousands, the cost of repair from Unique was much more affordable. Unique Heating and Cooling did repairs to our furnace after our home was struck by lightning. They were responsive and friendly and were able to do the repair for us quickly! We liked them so much, we used them again to have a whole home humidifier installed and we love it! I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Unique Heating and Cooling. We have a unique set up for air conditioning in our house Unico System (high velocity forced air) with a condensing unit outside that runs on 410 (very unique). In the hottest week of the summer, a motor went out in our attic unit. Johnny and his team not only went above and beyond, but they researched and found a replacement motor that they no longer make to fit our unit. We even had a vacation planned and they were able to coordinate with our family to complete the install while we were gone. They saved us a ton of money by not having to replace the entire unit and it says a lot of about the way they run a business. There are not many companies where the owner personally works with you to come up with a creative solution and sees it to completion. My regular AC guy retired and I was very worried about finding another honest and professional company. He recommended Unique heating and cooling. They were able to set up a timely appointment and sent out Dakota to find out what the problem was. He was able to identify the issue and fixed it. He was very nice, professional, tidy and Covid safe. The price was very fair. I would recommend him and the company to everyone. It is a wonderful thing to find an honest and professional business you can count on.

Well they tried but not hard enough. I had three different technicians and all three just told me that is how it is everything looks good. But it was not good. I finally had to call the best in St. Louis and they were here for 2 hours and now I’m very happy. They used a hose to spray the unit outside and my air is running just as it should be. My unit is only 4 years old. Sometimes it pays to go with the best!

Over the last couple years, I've worked with both Dakota and Gary at Unique. They are both professional, punctual, and personable. The company itself is very accommodating and easy to work with, always out the same day if you need them. They're great with call aheads so you you don't have to sit and wait, wondering when someone will arrive. Highly recommended!

It was almost 10pm and on of the coldest days in STL, and I reached out to Unique AC, in less than 5 min a gentleman from Unique called me to find out what was the need, after a conversation Anthony said he will come an troubleshoot the furnace. He showed up and began with his protocol, he identified the issue, fixed it and got the furnace going.
After that we received the invoice and to our surprise it was a pretty fair pricing even though it was late and cold.
Highly recommended make business with this fine company.

Really pleasantly surprised with the Unique team - I've tried a bunch of other bigger name HVAC companies and always felt like I got pretty lax diagnostics and there wasn't much effort put into identifying and addressing the problem. I called Unique today and the wonderful receptionist did her best to squeeze me in ASAP (which she did - the guy was there in 15 minutes). Once he was here, he was super polite, worked quickly to rule out any alternative issues, found the problem, and didn't sell me on more than what I needed. He was out as quickly as possible and our house is cool again! If you're scrolling through Google trying to find out which company to call, take it from a guy who has called them all - I don't think you can do much better than this
