I had a great experience with this company. While doing a routine maintenance of our mini split, the technician found an issue causing a refrigerant to leak. Dakota was prompt, personable, and professional. He told me upfront my expected cost and how long it would take to fix. I highly recommend their services and plan to use them again.

I would not recommend them unless you want to buy something you do not need. I had them out for a cleaning/maintenance check. They discovered an issue with the heat exchanger. When the tech was on the phone with the boss, I could hear the boss tell the tech to "upsell." I was told I needed to have the entire furnace replaced. After hearing that, its safe to assume I wanted to get a second opinion. I had another company check it out. The heat exchanger was bad but they immediately noticed it may still be under warranty. It was and they had a new one ordered the same day.

Kevin diagnosed a problem arco could not and managed to find the part the next day. Professional courteous and knowledgeable.

Amazing experience once again. We only ever call Unique for our HVAC needs. Upon waking up in a freezing cold house we called first thing in the morning. The service person Dakota arrived within the anticipated arrival window. He was courteous, knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Don't hesitate to call Unique. They're batting 1000 for us after multiple calls, over multiple seasons, over multiple years.

Definitely 5 star service! Sales (Mike) helped us determine which units would be best for us and gave us a financing option. Installation (Kelly and Dakota) were on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up, explained everything, etc.

We didn't have heat and I called around 4:15 p.m. and scheduled a service visit for that evening. The charge was $175 as it was after hours. Got call awhile later stating that they wouldn't come if I didn't have a service agreement. What? Wasn't the $175 enough for a diagnosis? So much for dealing with urgent issues. Would never use this company because of poor customer service.

When our 20-year-old air conditioner stopped working, we called Unique.
A very competent and experienced technician came to our house the next day. We suspected that we needed a new unit, and he confirmed this. A very helpful salesperson consulted with us. Within 48 hours, 2 excellent technicians installed our new high quality unit. We were thrilled with the quick response during the hot weather, the quality of the product, the skills of the technicians, and the great customer service.

We hired Unique to replace our furnace as well as replace some aging flue piping. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work that was done. Our salesman was Mike and he was very good at explaining everything and was very responsive to my questions. They got us taken care of in a very timely manner at a price we felt was reasonable.
