Level 9 is an extremely professional HVAC company. I am very impressed with their service. They were honest, respectful, and efficient. The price is excellent for the quality of both equipment and installation provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Kyle came out today for routine servicing of my HVAC system, with focus on the air conditioning units. He was punctual, respectful, and professional. My dogs even liked him. :-) He did a thorough job and left everything in a clean and organized manner when he was done with the job. I was really happy with his work, and continue to be happy with Dole in general. Thanks, Doc.

The service tech was awesome. He checked to make sure everything was working. I was charged $98 for the visit and diagnostics. Then I was charged $96 for maintenance. Which was checking everything but not doing anything but using one of my filters. I was not told about this charge for not doing anything but checking what was wrong. It feels like I was charged twice for the same thing and never told it would be an extra charge.

Technician was awesome but the business practices seem shady. I’m sure he was just following his training.

All of their work is done with excellence! 10/10 would recommend!

if i could give zero stars i would . it took them an entire month to fully asses my AC issues . we paid for them to fix the issue and it was never fixed . they ordered 2 strip pieces that cost $312 each to fix our ac to where it cools the house and that didn’t even fix the issue . our AC doesn’t work properly still and it’s not cooling the upstairs . i don’t recommend this company . you'll be paying them constantly to come out and fix a problem that should've already been fixed .

I will honestly say it is the
BEST experience I’ve had yet with this type of company.

From start to finish - this Company excels in Customer Service.

“ Carlos “ was prompt, & texted me to inform me of his arrival.
He even wore the paper booties on his shoes INSIDE my home AND vacuumed the floor area, after he installed a new thermostat unit !!!
He also explained how to use the new thermostat as well.
He was EXCELLENT !

I will definitely be using DOLE Heating & Air Conditioning Company in the future and have already recommended them to a few friends.

They charged me $100 for a service check, they found a capacitor broken and got replaced for an additional $260 ($360 for total bill). Capacitors are $30 in Amazon and even if you get them from a OEM is likely less than $75, it takes 10 minutes to replace. (And I’m being generous). I called and asked for an explanation of the pricing and they agree to return $20 back, but as you could imagine is still way too much overcharged. Yes I’m frustrated!

Mark and Dejan did a great job of installing my new AC unit. I had a family funeral to go to, but I was perfectly comfortable allowing them access to my home while I was gone to do the install. Dole's pricing was competitive and they hauled away all the old equipment. Thank you!

Doles was recommended by an ac repairman in Illinois and he wasn't wrong. Not only were they timely and reasonable, they also sent a picture of their service person. That is going the extra mile for sure. I felt safe knowing who to expect at my door. Thanks!

I think there was some miscommunication. I am getting the water heaters fixed tomorrow and I will get another estimate for the furnaces.
My tenants have been without hot water for a week. I left a check to pay for at least the how water heaters to be fixed.
I guess I thought something would be fixed today. I waited till 4:00 for the technician before I had to go.
If I could list a service that was completed I would say “estimate and no service was completed’

Alfredo was fantastic, his company is blessed to have him, he definitely got me going during this summer heat wave, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to converse with, definitely going to continue doing business with this company because of guys like Alfredo.

Great service and communication from time received proposal until project completion. George and Q were incredibly helpful and hardworking.

Robert was extremely wonderful. He efficiently fixed my problem and went the extra mile to help me clean up the algae mess that my leaky hose created on the floor. Robert came out today, he serviced my upstairs unit which has been consistently freezing after about an hour of being turned on. He was able to go up into the attic and tell me that it was a very simple fix, a filter that had gone unnoticed for over a year 😭. He was expedient, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

Better than expected service! Found this company on Google cause they were close to us and had good reviews. They were able to come to our house the same day we called and their weekend fee was similar to the regular fees of other companies. Jose came out and was fast and thorough. He found and fixed our issue so quickly, which was a relief since we have a baby and didn’t want him in a hot house! The price was reasonable and we were out of AC for less than 24 hours. Can’t recommend this company enough! We will be calling them for any future issues that come up!
