Got a beautiful new Trane system put in by the guys at American Heating & Air Conditioning and we have been loving it! We spent some years trying avoid changing out the old system. "Keep the old one working one more season" we kept telling ourselves. Each year Mike would come out and we would reevaluate the situation. Finally, this past Spring 2016 our old system was on its absolute last leg and we called Mike out one more time to get a full new system installed.

Everything from the patience they demonstrated while we decided what make/model/configuration/efficiency/etc over the years, the professionalism in recommending what we needed without trying to up-sell us, to the quality job they did (in addition to a well-done, professional-looking job, they left everything clean), we couldn't be happier. And to top it off, their price was so much better that NO ONE could even come close to touching it.

I've been using Mike for repairs on my rentals houses for several years now and he never disappoints. He has been great at larger install jobs and has troubleshot some of my harder to solve problems. His prices are very fair and he has always responded within a day of calling or sooner.

My heat went out during one of those super cold snaps that hits St. Louis. Mike was very quick to respond and met me at my home within a couple hours. The bidding process was seamless. I had a couple of other bids, but American Heating & Air Conditioning's was the best and beat the others I had received. They weren't so low that it was strange, they simply offered the same thing the other companies were offering, but for less, and I was happy to give them my business. They replaced the furnace inside as well as the AC unit outside, and both came with outstanding warranties. In short, I could elaborate in great detail, but the point is that this company knows what they're doing, they're extremely nice, and I would recommend them to anyone.
