These guys came in as such the professionals that they are and got the job done in a very short time! My heat is back blowing great, they even opened back up air duct vents that had been closed for quite some time and I didn't even know! Very kind and polite gentlemen. Terrible. I can’t think of how they could be worse. I have a brand new system that they installed He have no heat. House is cold. I call their office, I’m put on hold forever by robot and no one ever picks up. Meanwhile, we are camping in our newly renovated house. Don’t use this company.

My A/C stopped cooling on the hottest day of the year. Kyle was dispatched the next day and arrived at the promised time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the unit running again. We felt instant relief. I was also relieved to learn that the cost was a fraction of what I anticipated. My family and the pets are so grateful.

The worst company ever! I would not recommend going with them. We got a brand new system put in it costed $12,000. They have been out to repair it more times than I can even keep count of anymore. It’s never been actually fixed in the unit doesn’t run by itself and heat or cool my house efficiently. I have three kids and one is an infant and my house started to get so hot that my infant temperature started to go up and I had to threaten to sue to get anyone out here. On multiple occasions, they have sent people out and the job was never fixed. The other occasions, they either put a Band-Aid on the situation or gave me excuses on why it wasn’t working. Left me without any AC at all On the hottest days of the year. They’ve set up appointments to replace parts on the unti , And I waited all day just for them to not show up and then call me saying that the parts actually did not need replaced. Then a couple weeks later apparently now they need replaced. The owner called me previously and didn’t do much for me and made excuses, and now is on vacation and hasn’t even made the time to call when his company is failing customers. If I could give negative amount of stars, I would. This company needs to be held accountable for them failing customers and not doing their job.

Great service, reasonably priced. Consultation was very informative and never felt like a hard sell. Install team was fast, professional, and considerate of the house and landscaping.

Excellent service! My air conditioner was not working properly for years even though it was conpletley replaced. Dole took care of it same day! We can confidently say we're ready for summer heat after 3 years! Thanks again for fixing our unit.

Carlos, who came out first to assess the problem was polite and professional, and Ricky who came out to remove/ install the new furnace was prompt, professional and got everything done in a timely manner. With the weather being freezing outside and almost 50 degrees in the house, we appreciate them working quickly to remove and install the new furnace. It's working nice, the house is warm.

Very good and easy to work with,, and if you are selling your house, they will get back paperwork, paid receipts, lien, waiver, and everything on time that you have to turn into your title company.

The repairman was very courteous and professional. He told me a couple of things I did not know to make my system more efficient. The only thing that could have made it better was a smaller window for service appointment. Waiting around for 4 hours is a bit inconvenient.

The two guys that worked at my home installation of an AC/heat units were very professional. They were cautious to make sure they wore coverings over their shoes while going in and out. After the job was complete I was shown the units and given instructions on how to change filters and how to maintain the units. Very professional during the entire process they were in my home.
