I have had Vitt service my Heating and air conditioning units for over 20 years. They are professional and stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them. Jamie just finished my yearly AC maintenance and was great! My cats loved him!

Everyone from front desk to technician is kind and personable. We got an appointment within 24 hours of our call and the problem was solved on site. This isn’t our first time calling Vitt and it won’t be our last.

The furnace stopped in extreme cold when we were out of town. Vitt scheduled an appointment the next day and an experienced, affable technician fixed the problem quickly.

Our service tech was extremely polite.

Technician Jordan was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us out when our 3yo ac went out, again. My only complaint is that we've had this issue before with the system Vitt installed 3 years ago. It shouldn't keep happening. But that doesn't reflect on the amazing service we received today from Jordan.

Appreciated Cole McMinn’s promptness. Seemed expensive for capacitor & contactor, but I know heating & cooling parts/labor are expensive. Cole got the air conditioner working pretty quickly. So, personable and efficient. I always use Vitt.

Cole arrived right on time and he was very friendly, polite and efficient. Easily found the issue and had it fixed in no time at all! Highly recommend Vitt Heating and Cooling. I’ve used them several times and I have always had the best interactions with them and I have never felt like they were taking care of me and for that I’ll always use them. Now if I could find a mechanic I trust as much as them I’d be set.

The Technician was early and very courteous. He was there to do our spring preventive maintenance. He explained what he was going to do and got right to work. When he was finished he explained what he did and found, which was nothing. Everything check out fine. The Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. His name Jamal. We'll certainly ask for him in the fall.

Super friendly service, from the young woman (Carly) who scheduled our appointment (including calling me back to let me know they could come a day early due to a cancellation!) to the tech (Cole) who quickly diagnosed our issue (a capacitor) and fixed it in no time! Both were extremely respectful, professional and friendly! The quick response was much appreciated especially since this has been the hottest week so far this season with temps in the mid-90’s.

I have been a customer of Vitt for over 40 years. The one time I used someone different was a disaster. Vitt employees are friendly and courteous. We had Jamal come to check the air conditioner. He was great. We had him order a new thermostat. Cole was our next technician and he installed the thermostat. Two very kind and courteous men. You will like them too.
