After a malfunction in our AC unit, we called Fleddermann to schedule an appointment. At the time, I texted the information to Dan as he was out of the office though we verbally scheduled for early morning at the start of next week. There was no text response at all. Woke and waited the entire hour window... no one showed. We called to follow up and received a multitude of excuses of why no one was there; the cooler weather, busy Monday morning, etc. It was obvious our appointment was forgotten about and we experienced a no call, no show. Completely unprofessional.

Nobody likes having HVAC work done, but when you do I highly recommend using Fleddermann. The techs are always friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and neat. I feel confident about the repairs they make and the products they sell.

If you want to spend half the cost of repairing your AC, only to have them not even provide you information on how to repair it and feel belittled all at once, you've come to the perfect place! Long story short, they couldn't figure out the doorbell and didn't call when they arrived, so they gave up immediately to go to another call until I both called and texted them; eventually only two hours late. They assumed I wasn't the owner and said they'd have to call my landlord. They provided me with no details on cost of the labor or refrigerant until after the bill was in my face. Finally, they took down my email address but never provided me with any details or options in how to repair my AC so i can see to actually repairing my AC.

Newly-bought house with less-than-ideal ventilation required major upgrade to the HVAC system. Fleddermann provided a furnace and AC that was both an equipment upgrade and better priced relative to several other bids we received. We’re very happy with the install and highly recommend this company.

Fleddermann Heating and Cooling came out for a home inspection for the house we were buying and identified a host of HVAC and safety issues. Once we closed on the house, we had them come back and fix the problems. The house is now safer and more comfortable for our family. Dan has been servicing our family’s heating and cooling needs for the last 5 years. He and his crews are very responsive and even came out within a few hours of my air conditioning going out in the middle of August. His pricing is reasonable and the quality of workmanship is phenomenal. My wife and I recently had our water heater go out after my attempts to prolong its demise by relighting a pilot light that wouldn’t stay lit. It only took me one cold shower in November to make the call to Fleddermann Heating & Air. Andrew & Patrick educated us on options to fix the issue. We decided to replace it with a new larger water heater and also have them install a new humidifier for the house. They were professional and cleaned up the mess. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Dan and his company. We would highly recommend Dan and his crews for home inspections, heating and air issues and water heater replacements.

During the freezing snap on January 20th, pipes froze in a rental property we own and we had water everywhere. Despite being a holiday weekend (M.L.King) we called Fledderman and explained our furnace was out and we desperately needed our heat back on. Dan agreed to meet us the next day at 10:00am and get it going. Dan arrived early, diagnosed the problem and had our heat up and running in a half hour. Even being a holiday weekend, the price was MUCH lower then expected. We were VERY pleasantly surprised and we wrote him a check and were done. Dan is an honest guy who does quality reasonably priced HVAC work. He has saved our family a couple of times from the AC going out in a heat wave.

Fleddermann installed a new furnace and air conditioner at my house. I like dealing with Dan throughout the process. He took the time to explain how these systems work, and what affects the pricing. I felt like I was dealing with a person, as opposed to a large company with the other HVAC companies I reached out to. Dan's bid was the lowest of the 3 companies I got a number from. He was quick to schedule the install and provided a unit from a well-regarded manufacturer

From the time Thomas Tune called, it was excellent service. Very polite on phone. Was trying to help me trouble shoot before coming out. When arrived, very professional. Showed me the strengths of batteries, and described what he is doing.

Love Design Aire! Our AC stopped putting out cool air and of course it would be on one of the hottest days of the year. I called first thing and got an appointment. Bryant is always the best. He was running early and called to see if he could come by early. He had us up and cooling in 10 minutes. He’s always polite and helpful. Design Aire saved the day again!
