Jake was great. He fixed the issue and provided information for possible future maintenance. I felt he was honest and trustworthy. Appreciated that he was able to get it working correctly and was here for no more than 20 minutes from the time he pull up in the drive to when he left. Definitely would recommend Design Aire.

Thomas Tune and Bryant Bowery were both wonderful! They both. We're very knowledgeable. Bryant tried so hard to fix the problem and stayed much later than his shift! Thomas saved us a lot of money by looking up when the furnace was installed and found it was still under warranty. Both were very professional and very respectful! All the work was done outside of regular office hours! I definitely will use Design Aire again!

Brian the salesperson was outstanding! Brad and Joe the technicians were outstanding! Great price on the HVAC system, great service, great communication with the scheduling office, installed and operational less than one week from when we signed the contract. Nick and his crew just installed three heating and cooling systems for my four family apartment complex. All employees are very professional, respectful and nice. Nick, his crew, and his office staff are all responsive, efficient, and professional. We were given a reasonable price, and the crew worked around our schedule, since we had subfloors being replaced at the same time as replacing the HVAC. I am very happy I chose Dolinic.

Very professional. Nick the owner is great and his team was just as friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. They installed a new furnace, humdifier and AC unit and with in minutes the temperature was constant through the whole house. Great people in this company.

Nick is an absolute rockstar when it comes to customer service and great pricing. He was able to order and install my furnace and air unit in just a few days with the heat wave and kept me posted all throughout the process. Nick who is the owner puts his name behind all the work his techs do and gives you his personal number if you ever need anything.

I called cause my ac was not functioning and the tech said he repaired it. Talked to me like I was an idiot, while I told him what the ac has been doing. Fast forward like I said to the tech the AC still isn't working. It's been 78 + degrees in my house since before he came never got repaired. Charged me service fee, said call if it's still broken, so I called and was told that I'd be squeezed in at some point, no urgency, I have health problems, choose someone else.

Fantastic Service! Our 35 year old system finally decided to die during the unbearable Midwest late summer heat. Nick recommended several systems of varying efficiencies and cost for us to choose from that would best meet the needs of our house. The technicians were able to come out the next day and had the new system up and running within a couple hours. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Nick's team from Nick to Jeanine in the office to the guys in the field are all fabulous! I have used them at 3 houses( my mother's, my old house and now my new one) and they have taken care of us quickly each time at a respectable cost. I can't believe the house I grew up in finally has A/C upstairs! I'm also very happy they treated my mom with respect and never made her feel like she needed to call me to help with anything. I would highly recommend this company. My moms house is finally cool without window units and fans. All she talks about now is how comfortable the house is finally. We are all thrilled and very pleased with the service and outcome of the project.
