This company was fanatic from the start.. I called office for a estimate on a new system, Nick the owner was out on the same day, impressed with response time and knowledge everything was explained exactly what they were going to do. Two days later they were at my house at 8 o clock the installers were very nice and professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Nick and his team was professional and gave excellent advice before and during the install. Gave options and didn’t try to push the biggest and best like others did. Plus, when they discovered one of our upstairs return vents was in a bad place, they let me know, made a recommendation and I was able to give them the go ahead to make a new hole and vent in the hallway for one. They were ahead of schedule, so they didn’t charge any more for this, which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would recommend.

I highly recommend this company. Very professional from the first phone call. Explained the process, came in on time, finished the job and cleaned afterwords. I was also happy with the price, could not believe how much more affordable they are comparing to all the other companies, and trust me I had many bids. I got new State water heater and can't be happier. I wish I knew about them before I bought new furnace and A/C last year. You can't go wrong with this honest and friendly company. I found Nick's business probably 5 years ago at least now, and they have been my go-to choice for HVAC work ever since. Their pricing is the best I have been able to find, their technicians are great, they rep quality equipment, and always do a great job. I have a home with 2 HVAC systems and a commercial building that I am improving and have purchased a new furnace and new AC for home, new AC for the commercial building, and new heat pump for the space we are improving. I bought a dual HVAC system 2 years ago and am very happy with it. Last month, Nick came out and created a custom sheet metal converter box for my new kitchen downdraft unit to make it fit into the existing space. He did a great job and it works perfectly. Very happy with Nick Dolinic and highly recommend him.

Nick Dolinic has by far been the best HVAC contractor I have ever used. I have been in the property management industry for multifamily homes for many years and I have tried to use many different contractors in the meantime. Not only is the customer service outstanding from Nick himself and the others that work with him. He always completes the job when expected. He is never trying to up-charge us and they respond to issues in a timely manner.

I had 4 companies come out to give me estimates for a new AC unit and let me tell ya'll..... These guys are the best! By the time Nicks company came out, I was in panic mode with being told that I need this and that and this and that and the prices were crazy! I was really worried about what I was gonna do. Matt came out and legit took his time to explain EVERYTHING to me, including how I will take care of my new system once it is installed. Things that I never knew I would need to do and look out for. I highly recommend these guys! In a world that only cares about money these guys DON'T! They go above and beyond.

The initial conversion with Nick was so informative and help my hubby and me to understand what we need for our home and explained all benefits of replacing the old system. Highly recommended and very efficient and professional, from Nick to his technicians to the smooth paperwork process. Nick gave us a quote which was much better than the previous 2 quotes we had. He and his team were able to not only order parts but were able to finish both inside, outside, furnace and heat pump within 48 hours! Very honest and we did not feel pressured one bit. His workers kept our home clean and updated us while they worked. They arrived exactly when they said they would and made sure we were satisfied. Will use Nick and his team in the future!

I have been using Nick Dolinic Heating and Cooling Services for several different reasons in the past 5 years and each time I was left completely satisfied by the end result. The first time, it was my AC that died in the middle of July (yikes) and Nick stopped by immediately on a Saturday afternoon to install a new one. On top of a great customer service, the price was also lower than the two other estimates that I received. 5 years in and the AC is working perfectly. The most recent visit involved installing an AC overflow switch and unclogging the drain pipe and that was also completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Nick and his company for any heating and cooling needs.

We are very pleased with Nick and his team! Our 25 year old ac unit finally gave out and Nick was out fairly quick to diagnose and install a brand new one. The price was great & his team was professional, clean, and timely. We would def recommend this company for any HVAC issues!

Over the years, Nick Dolinic Heating and Cooling has taken excellent care of my air conditioning, heat pump, and radiator systems. They do all of my regular maintenance, they are always prompt and efficient, and their prices are very reasonable. They are also always there for me when I need them most. Last summer, they came out quickly during a heat wave to repair my air conditioner, and just today, Mr. Dolinic spent a long time on the telephone with me answering a question I had about my radiators. They're the best!

The initial bids were accurate and easy to understand. Once the install date was set the installers were prompt and all services installed as ordered. The installers were careful to cover carpeted steps, completed the install in one day with instructions on using the humidifier and thermostat completed before packing up. Upon leaving I was thanked for doing business and given a personalized thank you card.

We called Nick when we suddenly needed to replace our not very old boiler, with freezing temps just around the corner. He was right there for us with great advice about which new high efficiency system to go with, and he and his crew (Steve and Matt) did a great job with the installation. Called them over to fix my broken thermostat. Did not claim there was a warrant on the thermostat they installed called the manufacturer of the thermostat literally word for word said that 3 years were covered by the manufacturer and the other 2 by the company that came to install it. Wasted my time made me very angry charged me 90$ just to come out here. Your business has caused me to lash out infront of my kids. You guys have no honesty what so ever never doing business with these guys again
