It’s nice to have a reliable HVAC company. I just keep their phone number in my phone. When something goes wrong, I don’t have to search for a company or ask friends for recommendations and then worry about who shows up. I just call and get a quick response with an appointment scheduled right away.

I've been hearing "Bart Inman" commercials for over 2 years on the radio but never thought I would need to call them.
Well, I did and glad I did!
Chris came by for the free estimate and thoroughly checked out my property for exactly what was needed.
No haggling of the price, no starting at the top and working down like others. He laid it out explicitly according to the square footage of my property and did not try to up-sale additional services. He answered my questions and provided additional information I was not aware of by explaining the entire process from the beginning to the end.
The technicians onsite came early and got the job done with no issues. They respected my home and cleaned up quickly.

I had nothing but great experience with Bart Inman Air Conditioning &Heat. They installed my entire system fast and with an extreme professionalism. Since the moment Ive called to make an appointment for a bid until the moment it was installed . They even did a follow up a month later. Came and looked at it to make sure that everything operates , and was done properly . Not to mention, they were a lot cheaper than the other companies Ive called. Their technicians are professional and polite. I have nothing , but good things to say about this company.

Was having issues with my old system in the house. I was informed by several companies about a new refrigerant change and decided to good ahead with an entire replacement. I chose Bart Inman not only because they had great financing options but they offered better equipment and a good price. I couldn't be happier with the response I got from the initial phone call to the quote and process of coming out and making sure I got what I needed and efficient to my needs. Gary sat down with me and explained not only what the were offering he also told me why it would be better for my house. Installation was great they showed when they said.
Darrion and Malcolm installed my system the were courteous and quick it took less than 4 hours to get everything in and they took time to explain what I needed to do. They also cleaned everything up and made it like they were not even there. All together the whole process took about a week most of that was me trying to decide which route I wanted to take. Thanks again. An update to this it is now April and now over the last few weeks I was supposed to get my Air conditioner start up service I had it scheduled for a time I could be there when I was off work. I was called back right after and they told me I did not need the service it was for something else. Got called a week later and was asked to make the appointment again. I explained to them I had already tried for this a couple weeks ago and was told I didn't need it because my system is new. Fast forward to today they were supposed to be here and I called they told me my appointment was next week even though I was specifically told it was today I even asked them if they were sure it would be warm enough to do this service today and they told me it would be fine. Called and asked if they were going to make it out today and they told me my appointment was for the following Monday which it was not set up like that I was speaking to Hailey in the office who was very unprofessional and wanted to argue with me they will sell you a system in a heartbeat but their scheduling for service is a joke. The office personal can not correctly schedule an appointment for service. My time for me is very valuable but they do not treat it as such.

Highly recommend for heating and cooling services. They gave me a good discount and were super friendly and transparent about everything. Darrion and Scott B did the installation of new AC and furnace and did a great job and were very professional.

This is by FAR the best experience I have had with any home improvement company. From start to finish, Bart and his team were amazing.

I called for an estimate on a Friday. My AC was not operational at all and had been out for weeks prior. Bart came out himself the next day, on a Saturday. He was incredibly informative. He could have tried to take advantage of the fact I didn't have a working unit, but he didn't. He educated me on the facts of replacement vs repair.

I called the office on the following Monday to accept the bid, and they came out the very next day to install the new unit! Connor and Scott did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and kept us in the loop throughout the day. The clean-up was amazing! It was like they weren't even here.

We now have a comfortable home again and I would 100% recommend Bart and his team to everyone looking for HVAC work.

Bart Inman installed my HVAC unit and all components within 4 hours, leaving me speechless. This was my first AC replacement, so I wasn't too aware of what to expect, however the professionals at Bart's made the process seamless. I was provided education on my new unit, and other factors to keep the warranty valid and running for many years. The staff was on-time (early), fast and courteous, from the customer service agents to the installation techs. They answered any and all questions I had for them. For the cost associated with getting a new HVAC, I would wholeheartedly recommend Bart Inman's for anyone looking for superb quality, at just the right price!!

Chris and Jeff did a great job of diagnosing the issue with my furnaces and resolving the issues I was having with them short cycling. Two systems fixed in less then an hour. I’m very happy with the service!

After my heater dying I heard great things about Bart HVAC company on 97.1. Bart came out and gave me a free estimate and had a new hvac system installed a few days later. Barts team did a great job. Would highly recommend anyone needing hvac work done on their house! Thanks Bart

We scheduled replacement of our over-the-hill heating/cooling units. Our team (Jason, Scott B., Darrion, Aaron and Scott H.) arrived on time, prepared for any potential issues. They answered all our questions, and were able to accommodate our request for the most basic (not-smart) thermostats. They tested everything before they left, as well as reviewing future maintenance requirements.

Most importantly, they identified a cracked heat exchanger in our furnace - a very dangerous situation.

The guys were great coming through to assess and provide solutions for my ac problems. Course this great took ours toll on my ac and it was fine for a new one. They got here earlier than usual to help accommodate my work schedule and got things knocked out by lunchtime which was great cause at the end of the day I was able to get home from work and relax in my cool home. Appreciate all the work they did and would recommend these guys to anyone who asks

I have used Classic Aire Care/Fazold for years. Had a prepaid service contract with them. Call to schedule my furnace check in November they said the earliest dates would be in February. I said Thank you and hung up. Called Bart Inman and had a furnace check 1 week later and a new furnace installed the following week.... couldn't be happier..Will using Bart Inman from now on....

Technician was great. He came out and hit the flame sensor with sand paper and was done within 4 mins flat. $89 dollar service change. With an additional $75 labor fee seems a little excessive though. You’d think that’s what the $89 dollar service fee is considering I already diagnosed what was needed to be done. But the guy was fast friendly and efficient. So he did great. But even at a mechanics shop. $75 dollars is the hourly rate. Seems a little excessive in my opinion.

My furnace wasn't working correctly 2 days before a massive winter storm was about to hit. I called in around 08:00 to see if they could send a tech to check things out and before 10:00 the tech had shown up and my furnace was working correctly. I was very thankful at how quickly they were able to get to my house to check things out!

This is a wonderful company to work with! Bart came out and did the estimate one day, and a very professional installation team was out the next day. Darrion and Malcolm were delightful. They had the old unit out, the new unit in and running in around 6 hours. They did a wonderful job and it didn’t break the bank. They will be my choice for all my heating and air conditioning needs. As soon as I realized, my furnace wasn’t working I called Inman Air. Since it was not an emergency and was not yet that cold outside, I scheduled an appointment for early the next week. The technician arrived as scheduled and the problem was diagnosed quickly. Certain parts had to be ordered and within 48 hours the technicians were back at my house and had the furnace completely finished and running. Chris and Mike both did a tremendous job. The parts turned out to be under warranty, and the Labor cost, and service call was very reasonably priced. . Bart Inman and his technicians have always taken great care of our HVAC system. Thank you to their entire team.

It was just before Christmas and our heat stopped working. The begining of a disaster, right? Not with Bart Inman! I called at 8a and someone was here before 930. Our furnace was fixed and running for a very reasonable price--all before lunch. I could not have asked for a better experience. And, the techs who came to our home were incredibly helpful. They explained our problem and gave us very good suggestions for maintenance going forward. We will certainly be calling Bart Inman again!
