Called on New Years Eve with water heater not working and Sam asked a few questions and for a few pics to help with the issue. He said he could make it over for the repair on New Year's day and texted before arrival to confirm. Quality parts and great service. Same was very friendly and takes pride in the quality of service. Fast. Professional. Honest. Sam is the best! We have an aging air conditioner and have become accustomed to adding coolant each year. Though we did need to replace the fan motor, Sam assured us that we are fine on coolant. Our bill was a fraction of what the 'big boys' have been charging us the last few years. We highly recommend Sam and Liberty!!

Sam was dependable, reliable and timely. There were 2 problems with my furnace and after we discussed both options he clearly explained how both options were possible. I decided on a new furnace and my furnace was replaced in a matter of 3 hours. Following the install, they offered to mop my basement floor but I said I would take care of that. Great company, honest owner. Gave me a senior discount.

Called him a day before 4th July and, our house was cooking at 82 degree and he showed up in time Very friendly and very very professional.
He did fix my air conditioning ( cooling system) and saved the day.
I highly recommend him and, I’ll definitely do business with him again.

Sam did a great job replacing our water softner and heater. He was quick to response.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. This guy changed the circuit board of our furnace last winter and since he has messed up with the wiring system, our A/C didn’t start up this summer. He did not want to test the AC after fixing circuit board because it was cold outside . But when we called him this summer, he avoided our calls and did not responded. The technician who showed up was able to fix the AC temporarily but showed us some cables that has not been connected properly and hanging around. Due to that, we have a compressor failure and now we have to replace the whole HVAC system and the furnace. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Reach out for help on the weekend, and although he out of town I was told he'd get with me to schedule something as soon as he got back. Got a call first thing Monday morning and he made it out by Monday night. It was late for him, but made a world of difference for me. Listened to my concern, identified the problem, and had it fixed within 15 minutes.
I wouldn't hesitate to call Liberty again! Thanks Sam!

Sam deserves more than 5 stars! I called him around 3:45 on a Friday afternoon, and he had cold air in our vents before I went to bed that night. He was every easy to deal with. He gave us some options and didn't just push into more than needed/wanted. I will definitely call him again if I need it!

I WORK OUTSIDE all day so when i came home and realize My AC was not working I called Sam, he came right over and had me a new unit installed in a day in a half, you can't get any help that fast from most places, he's reliable and trustworthy. Gose a great job. Thank you for all you do.

They are very kind hearted, I call them about my air conditioner issue I was having they where very considered with my air conditioner situation and how they can help me.
