Sam did a great job installing a new furnace and AC system for me and did it in a timely manner. He was able to come for a quote and install a few days later. He gave me different options to choose from and was able to explain the different options thoroughly. Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Sam and his team at Liberty did an amazing job and FAST! We went from zero AC to full AC with an all new system (after half a dozen quotes and several companies saying they'd take days to install). They also cleaned up everything (more than they needed to as some of the mess was our fault). Great company!

Needed water heater fast. Responded fast. Came promptly to see job. Completed the next day. Great service. Honest person. Very hsppy.

Sam came fast, replaced AC fast and very well. This winter has some issues with heating and he walked me through to get the unit working again. He is not only amazing person to work with but also great people person. Need more people in world like this.

Sam is super responsive and incredibly thorough when he explains things. Our HVAC system finally quit and needed replaced. We had 4 different companies come out and quote between a Friday-Saturday. I was able to send Sam pictures on Friday and he gave me a rough estimate, then he came and diagnosed the system on Sunday. He quoted us a better system at a lower price than Vogel, Academy, Hoffman, etc. Highly recommend and he treats you like a neighbor - because he is one! We will be using him for all maintenance and needs going forward.

Called this off Angie's List. He called back pretty quick and gave me an estimate based on what info I gave him. He advised could fix or replace and since the water heater is over 13yrs we decided to replace. He advised he could do it with his eyes closed. He showed up when he said, confirmed price and process, and done! Before I knew it he'd completed the installation in no time. I love it when things happen as "planned" and totally recommend Liberty Heating...plus had the best price!

Liberty heating and cooling recently installed a new water heater in my home and a few years ago installed new heating and cooling system. Both jobs were done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Sam to anyone who is in need of this kind of work. Also Sam is responsive and available when you need to get in touch with him. In this day and age I find that to be a rare quality!!

I've known the owner, Mark Menos, for the past 15 years. He's an honest businessman who goes above and beyond to help you out. My air conditioner was out and I needed help asap. He contacted Kayla who sent Chris out the next morning to get a bid on a new unit. Within a couple of days I had the quote and made the decision to go ahead. Unfortunately, it was Memorial Day weekend, so Tuesday morning, Kayla contacted me and was able to get me scheduled for, first thing, Wednesday morning. The two techs, Jeff and Mike, showed up and were quite the efficient team! Getting the 2.5 ton unit in my yard was a big challenge...but once that was done, within a few hours, I was up and running! They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves! I'd definitely recommend them!!!

Excellent service!! Been using Kirkwood Heating and AC for more than 17 years. They are reliable and consistent - show up when promised and get the job done properly the first time!! Chris is always pleasant, tidy and professional.

Tyler came to my condo as I have a particular small compacted hvac system. He has experience working with national comfort as many do not. The last guy who came to resolve my issue just put easy seal on it because he didn’t want to do the work. Tyler diagnosed my problem then gave me a resolution. He was honest, fair, and professional. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and look forward for them to help with future repairs!

Not only did they come within a couple of hours to diagnose the issue with my furnace, they were were also able to schedule an install for less than 48 hours.

Steve and Gary got the job done in a few short hours, cleaned up their work space, and were on their way. The best description I have for this experience is quick and painless.

Mike and Jeff were fantastic. I had a furnace issue and Kirkwood Heating sent someone the same day and diagnosed the problem. I didn't have to wait days to have the issue resolved as Mike and Jeff came out the very next day and completed the work. I am really happy with Krikwood Heating and Air Conditioning!

After the hottest day of the year, thus far, 6/18/21, my A/C unit decides to stop working. After a miserable night of extreme heat, I called Kirkwood Heating and Air Conditioning around 6:30am on a Saturday morning. Their technician, Kevin, arrived at my home in about 40 minutes. He was able to get us squared away in no time. Because of the circumstances, I wasn’t really worried about the price, but the fact that Kevin came out so quickly, I would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks Kevin!!!

KHAC installed a new furnace and the installers were great. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all our questions, and walked us through the ins and outs of the new system. They made sure we knew to call them if we had any other concerns or questions. We'll continue to use KHAC for all our heating and air conditioning needs. Great company that we would highly recommend!

After almost 22 years of service we decided to replace our heating and air conditioning in our large ranch home. We talked with 4 companies and settled on Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning. First, Tyler talked in detail about the options available and was very knowledgeable about all of them. Second he asked about efficiency levels and because of my age was hesitant to spend a lot more for high efficiency models. Tyler, wanted me to see the differences in cost and when he put together the 4 options it was less than $200 for a 16 SEER and a 96% efficient heat system! The other 3 bidders chose not to do this. The installation crew of Mike B., Jeff K. and Kayla at the office couldn’t have been better or more professional!

Response time and installation were great. The thermostat and furnace are not. The office is great to deal with! The thermostat kept giving errors and it seemed like an inconvenience that I was concerned. Had the thermostat replaced and it was recommended not to turn notifications on for everything, like that is a fix. It's just a bad product. After only a year the new furnace sounds like my old one with the fan making a squealing, squeaking noise. I would not buy these products again if I had the decision to make over again.

Outstanding installation! Could not be more happy with the job that Gary and Mike did. Very professional and hard working crew. Tyler and and the folks in the office we're great to work with, even tolerating my incessant questions without complaint. Time will tell on the equipment, but honestly, the sales process and installation could not have been better. Highly recommend Kirkwood Heating and Cooling.

We have been dealing with KHAC since moving to Kirkwood about 12 years ago. They put in my heating and cooling systems at that time and I believe Chris was working for them then. Chris has maintained our system each Spring and Fall and we have not had one issue with the system to date. Grant you the system is great, however, we believe Chris's attention to detail has been exemplary and has had much to do with it's being great! His tenure at the company speaks volumes about the overall quality of the company and assures us that we can continue to have faith in KHAC and confidence in it's recommendations.

A power failure left my air conditioner not running. Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning sent out a technician who worked approximately three hours with the wiring but failed to fix the problem.

The next day they sent out another technician who was supposedly better and said the first one was a trainee. The second technician could not fix it either but said I needed a new HVAC system for $6,000.

I called Hoffman Brothers. The technician was skilled and said the system was wrongly wired. He restored it to the working condition it was in before the power failure. Cost about $400.

Wish there were more stars to give!!! Very thorough and professional employees. The technicians are the best! People usually get cranky when the AC goes out and it’s super hot. But, these people know what they are doing. I highly recommend Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone this summer! I will also be using them this winter to check out my heater. Highly recommended!! Thanks guys.
