I used Bart Inman on 2 separate occasions. I recently bought a house and the AC went out. I called Bart Inman and they were able to come out in 1-2 days. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable! The team addressed other issues with my ventilation that another company completely ignored!
Given my 1st experience with Bart Inman Co. I contacted them again for my heating. A rep came to my house the very next day and fixed the problem! I would 100% use again and recommend to anyone

From the initial consult, to install, to a visit a year later, Inman Air has been quick to reply and complete services. They offered us the best price, best financing, and best hvac unit of the 3 estimates that we received. Everything was explained thoroughly and service was clean and professional. I am a fan!

Jason, Aaron and Dave arrived early and had the install of our ac and furnace done with no problems. After a bad experience with another company, we called BART Iman air and they took care of us. Very friendly folks and would highly recommend them. Looking forward to using you guys for all of our future HVAC needs!

Had a HVAC duo (heating and air) that was long passed their expiration date and on Thanksgiving they gave up the ghost (well, the furnace did). Called first thing the next day and had a great and knowledgeable tech out a couple hours after the call...as it turns out, needed a new furnace (went ahead and did the AC as well). The price was right, we were able to schedule quickly and the technicians that showed to do the work (mind you, it was like 20 degrees out) were fantastic, including the poor guy who had to do the outside work. They were polite, super professional and took the time to to go over everything. I cannot say any more than they were exactly what I was hoping for but seldom get these days! Thank you a ton Bart Inman Team!

Really impressed with this service. The owner himself came by on a Saturday and I had my furnace and AC installed on the following Monday. The employees were great. I really recommend using them.

Replacing both furnace and AC unit is a big investment, but they made the entire process seamless.They arrived on time worked very efficiently. Loved Barts commercials for years. This year we needed a new furnace. Bart himself came out to give an estimate. He was just as genuinely nice in person as I had imagined. the quote was significantly lower than the other quotes for basically the same thing. His technicians showed up to install a few days later. they were professional and experienced. they installed our new furnace in 6 or so hours. They did a fantastic job. even came back the next day because I couldn't remember how to access the filter. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. I will never use anyone else. Bart Inman Air stands above all the others.

Exceeded expectations and had a great experience with Bart Inman’s team. Ended up needing a new furnace and air unit. Was able to have an install of the furnace during these very cold days with the company holding the ac unit until they can install with better weather and the snow gone.

Darrion and Scott H were nothing short of courteous and professional. Explained the install process thoroughly and walked us through after installation to ensure we understood how the unit works. Which is a bit different than our previous furnace.

Darrion and Scott H laid tarp down from the front door and through the basement to where the unit was installed. This was a big help to protect our floors from the elements.

I just want to say thank you to everyone I talked to in the office, Bart when he came out to access my Furnace and AC needs, Chris who answered a lot of technical questions and was part of the installation crew who did an unbelievable job of making sure things were cleaned up including removing the old equipment! Beyond that the level of customer service before, during and after the installation is second to none! St Louis County requires an inspection after installation and the office contacted me to get dates and times that would be convenient for me and then made the appointment that was best for my schedule! They also filled out all of the paperwork and sent it to Spire for the rebate still being offered! I also ended up getting a higher efficiency and quality furnace and AC unit for a lower price than other companies that I received bids on! I have been highly recommending your company to everyone! 😊

Great experience with these guys. They quickly evaluated our heat pump system as DOA (It was years past its expected service life) and evaluated our needs and came up with a cost effective heat/AC solution. The installers were great. They knew exactly what they were doing and were friendly and fun to chat with. I definitely recommend these guys.

My furnace went out late Monday morning. The technician got here Monday late afternoon, and I had a whole new system installed and working by Tuesday afternoon. I’m very impressed on these guys quality of service and work completed.

Matt was efficient & courteous. He showed me the issue and had my heat restored very quickly. He called about 30 minutes beforehand to introduce himself and let me know he would be on his way. He even liked my puppy who really liked him & was a bit obnoxious. Great experience. Call them for any HVAC needs.
Next day follow up from Gary was so courteous & more customer friendly than the larger company I used previously.

Quick response, honest about furnace issue and even though I had to get a new HVAC system, there was ZERO pressure. Everything was explained to me in great detail. The representatives were on time and very professional. The techs did a wonderful job and left zero mess for me to deal with. My son told me about this company and so happy he did. $2000.00 cheaper than another company that kept pressuring me. They must've sent a salesman instead of an actual technician. We had heard about Bart Inman Air Conditioning and Heating on 97.1 and have been hoping for a while that they would include coverage in the Pevely, MO area for a couple years now. Surprisingly and thankfully they now service our area. The team called about 30 minutes prior to our appointment letting us know they were on their way. They were very thorough when checking the furnace and gave my husband some ideas on how to fix the minor issue without having to pay a fortune, but did offer to fix it, if he couldn’t. They charged us $89 which I thought was very reasonable and left without trying to sell us a maintenance package. Happy days! We will definitely use them again when AC season starts. Thank you Inman team.

This was our first time using Bart Inman Air. We had a complete, new system (furnace, ac, and humidifier) installed. Matt (Sales Rep) was friendly, professional, represented the company well, explained the recommendations, and answered all my questions. The install crew were friendly, professional and seemed like there was great camaraderie. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. Bart Inman Air was incredible to work with. Our HVAC went out during insanely cold weather and their team responded so quickly. They came out to quote us almost immediately and were able to install a new system the very next day, which honestly exceeded our expectations. Had Inman install a complete new HVAC system in November 2025. They arrived as scheduled and completed the original install in a timely manner. Certainly no surprises with their work ethics or products.
Returned when outside temps elevated in order to verify AC system was ready to rock for the summer.
My entire experience was positive from the time Bart Inman provided an estimate until the AC was verified in March.
Highly recommend Inman and will use them in the future.

Where do I start?! I couldn’t have had a better experience! Our heating system went out on Thursday night. Friday we called multiple companies and Inman not only called back within 5 minutes but they were out at the house in 30 minutes! Chris gave us a replacement estimate and even set up install for 3 days later (today 11/25/25) so we would have heat for the holiday! Darrion and Scott installed the new furnace and a/c (both were 20 yrs old) in one morning/afternoon and did an amazing job! My boyfriend and I could not be more pleased with Bart Inman Heating and Cooling!! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Liberty did a fantastic job installing our furnace/AC units. Sam was on time and professional. The original estimate was honored. No tricks or upselling attempted. Using Liberty saved us a few thousand dollars compared to other companies. Definetly recommend Liberty!
