I recently had an issue with the top floor of my house not cooling properly, so I called Design Aire. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Jen in the office was great! She was friendly, helpful, and got things scheduled quickly. She had Larry, the technician, at my house the same day. Larry was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had the problem fixed in no time. It’s rare to find a company this responsive and reliable. I highly recommend Design Aire for all your heating and cooling needs. They’ve earned a lifetime customer out of me.

I am so impressed with the Design Aire crew! They go above and beyond every time and it’s always a pleasure to have them here. Today was a big day- installing and servicing the other units. I appreciate how they don’t just do the work- they explain it and give me a chance to ask questions. They also clean up after themselves, which is always appreciated. Design Aire could have pushed us off when they didn’t have the correct part to fix my furnace. Our technician went hunting for the part, found it, and completed the fix before the winter storm.

Dylan brought to my attention a part that was nearing the end of its useful lifetime. He was able to replace it with parts he had on his truck, so I won't have to worry about it failing unexpectedly at some future date.

We have had Design Aire for 35 years. They are really helpful if something needs service. We bought all heating and cooling units from them and they have lasted long beyond their lifetime with yearly maintenance contract.

Thomas came and worked quickly to check and clean all of the components of our hvac unit and humidifier. He explained in detail parts that we should be aware of needing to replace soon and we had it done sooner rather than later along with the filter in the humidifier. Can’t say enough good about the service we received.

This company was amazing. We have had numerous (four or five) different heating/cooling companies take a look at our boiler system. Each one struggled to identify the issue and offer solutions. This company identified the issue quickly (less than an hour), proposed a fix, provided an estimate on the spot, and executed it within two weeks. The price ended up many thousands of dollars less than the other companies (like $2,000 rather than $20,000 for the same service). They are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. We are relieved to be done with other heating/cooling companies that added only a temporary fix and told us we needed to replace our whole system, when in fact the system had many more years before it needed to be retired. We are so grateful to Patrick and the rest of the team.

Design Aire was the original installer of our HVAC system and I’ve used them every year since for maintenance and they’ve been great. The personnel is great, very friendly, very courteous, very professional and I enjoy hanging out with them for a few minutes that they’re here.

Abrupt loss of function of furnace Jan 18 in below-freezing exterior temperatures, called emergency call-out. Quick response and diagnostics, unfortunately no replacement motor available. Bryant was able to get the motor restarted, but sadly it only ran for 20-30 minutes. Service was definitely worth the call out, even though I am now waiting for follow-up.

I would like to share that Brad worked diligently and patiently on my NEW Trane
Heating and Cooling installation. He knew all the steps to make sure everything was installed properly. I would recommend Design Aire Heating and Cooling. I am very satisfied with my NEW Trane System.
