Besides that, lol, he was super knowledgeable about my repair. He was on time and finished the work quickly and got my furnace up and running. It was a cold, rainy day so the heat was much appreciated.
If I ever need service from your company again, please send MELDIN to do my work. He was a joy to communicate with.

Had an emergency at a rental property with a blocked flue liner causing carbon monoxide to set off alarms in the basement. Dole gave a quick, fair estimate and sent a crew the very next day to install a new flue liner and vent pipes for water heaters and a gas furnace. Quick, professional and honest upfront pricing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my rental properties for safety, quality and outstanding service every time!

Had two techs come out, first one wasn’t able to fix the issue since I wasn’t home to get him to the thermostat but he still diagnosed the problem. Both guys were quick in and out and my heat was fixed in no time! Guys are super personable and the experience was great!

Had to replace a 38 year old furnace and AC. Dole gave us good pricing and outstanding service! Ricky, Milan & Mustafa worked together to remove the old system and install the new one perfectly! Even with the challenge of the AC being mounted on the roof a three story building! The install was clean and they made sure to check everything twice before leaving, explained the new system and cleaned up after themselves too. I would highly recommend Dole for any HVAC needs.

Mark and his team are incredible! We had an emergency and overnight they squeezed us in to fix our radiator right before the snow was coming. They were very prompt, professional, and very quick in helping find the necessary part and install it. I would highly recommend anyone to go with Dole...you will be greatly impressed, as we were!

I've hated absolutely every aspect of dealing with this company. They have been arrogant, not followed instructions and have made terrible choices. We have a thermostat in the center of a focal point wall. We have ducting through a living space. They put a furnace in a bedroom closet which isn't code and required extra expense to correct. Now our project is delayed due to them. Do not use this company. It's been an awful experience for months on end for us.
**Edit to respond, I guess you'll send a refund to my contractor then since we aren't customers. Doc and your rude technicians certainly have been to our house many times and I'm still not satisfied with the service. We do not have a functioning system despite it being new. They didn't follow code and have made many errors. Adding photos to address the company's response.

My wife and I just wrapped up a big attic reno and decided to put in a mini-split HVAC so the space would actually be usable and comfy all year. We got a few free quotes from different companies and ended up going with Dole Heating and Air Conditioning.

Their customer service was exceptional and the owner of the company came to do the free estimate.. The install looked clean and pro, and they got it done quick. Lastly, their price was way more reasonable than the others we got estimates from. Highly recommend.

Our heat stopped working one night when it was freezing outside and snowing pretty heavily. I remember looking outside and seeing the snow piling up and just thinking this can’t be happening right now. Our furnace had already acted up once earlier this winter, so when it went out again we honestly started getting worried.
A friend of mine recommended JP Heating & Air and said they were known for being fast and reliable. I’m really glad I listened and gave them a call. Preston was the one who came out for the after hours emergency service, and I was honestly surprised at how quickly he got here considering how bad the weather was. There was already close to 9 inches of snow on the ground, and it was still snowing when he arrived.
What really stood out was his attitude. He didn’t complain at all about the weather, the snow, or the late call. He was friendly, professional, and got straight to work figuring out what was wrong with the furnace. Within a short time he had everything running again.
The moment we felt the heat coming back through the vents was such a huge relief. Our house finally started warming up again and the stress from earlier just disappeared.
We were extremely thankful that night because without Preston coming out in the middle of that snowstorm, we probably would have been freezing. After that experience we decided to start using JP Heating & Air for our yearly maintenance so we hopefully don’t run into that problem again.

Excellent! Preston did a thorough AC duct cleaning and fixed the power issue with our unit. He was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly felt like listening to a podcast of AC repair for dummies 😂. After cleaning, the airflow is much better. Highly recommend their HVAC services.

Cole was really great! He walked us through our systems and let us know how they were performing which was a concern for us when we bought the house. He even showed us how to change the filters and the appropriate frequency. He even looked at a gas fireplace we wanted to remove and let us know if the gas was turned off and safe to be moved. We are looking forward to him coming back in the Spring for another service appointment. Pricing is very reasonable!

They replaced my entire HVAC system in January of 2023, and it's been working much better than my old system. This visit was warranty maintenance, and Eric did an excellent job of it, even though he was out in very hot and humid weather.
