Austin is always so professional and wonderful! Can't say enough about how good of job he does when he comes out!

Austin was super helpful and a great technician. He answered all the questions I had and even gave me suggestions on how to keep my A/C units running efficiently in the extreme summer heat. He worked efficiently and let me know everything he was doing. I highly recommend Austin and St. Louis Heating and Air conditioning for any service, or maintenance on your units. STH&AC were very responsive. From the initial phone call to diagnosis and maintenance on my AC they were thorough, professional, and friendly. A sout out to my technician, Austin, who did a great job explaining what was needed, what it would cost and recommending what I should do to keep my AC running well. In fact, I plan on using them this fall to do a check-up and any maintenance on my furnace.

My furnace quit working as we're about to drop into negative temps. I called this morning and they had a technician come out within a few hours to get me fixed back up. The lady on the phone even had me check the filter and some other things before scheduling the appointment.

Update: Austin was out this week to do the tune-up on my furnace. He was on-time, knowledgeable and took the time to show me the features of my thermostat I didnt know were there! Excellent service!

My furnace went out in the middle of the night, after calling several places with no answer St. Louis Heating and Air Conditioning answered their phone and was able to set me up for an early morning visit. Larry came out and discovered my furnace was no longer safe to use, they were able to upgrade my 30 year old system with a newer efficient system quickly and did not break the bank. It also has a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I am very happy with their team and with my new furnace/air conditioning. 5 stars!!!

Furnace started blowing cold, I called in and they had a tech come out the same day and got it working. The technician was very professional, and explained what was wrong and what he fixed.

Kevin and Mandy have been just amazing! They have helped us several times with great service and saved my sister $1,000s of dollars when another company told her she needed a whole new system; when in fact she just needed a capacitor replaced.

I loved working with St. Louis heating and air. Austin was my technician, he was great the situation was less than desirable but he helped me out when I needed it most.

We have used STL Heating and AC for work in our primary residence, our rental properties, and a commercial space. Over the years, they have done regular maintenance and repairs and installed new AC units, furnaces and a complex steam boiler. Their service on-site and communication is excellent. STL Heating and AC is not the cheapest, but their work is high quality and worth it.

Kevin from St Louis Heating and Air Conditioning was super helpful! He explained everything clearly and gave great advice for how I can better take care of my system moving forward. The turnaround on my unit being fixed was fast and efficient!
