We have been doing business with St Louis Heating And Air since August of 2019. They have provided excellent service, with honesty and competitive pricing while maintaining and replacing aging systems at our multi unit building. Austin keeps things running efficiently with the preventative maintenance, and Kevin and Mandy did a great job with a recent new furnace install, going above and beyond expectations, Mandy pointed out a problem with a water heater installed by another company (since corrected) that could have presented a carbon monoxide safety issue. We certainly appreciate what they do and highly recommend them for whatever your HVAC needs Happen to be.

Jim, the Weiss service man called to say he was coming, arrived minutes later. He had a mask, gloves and put on protective bootie over his shoes. He asked us to change the thermometer, not touching it, He was courteous, professional & honest, sharing all of what he observed about our Heating/AC units.

Matt, the project manager made it easy on explaining the issue w/ our air conditioning system, he was very helpful in trying to solve our problems and came with plenty of solutions and gave a handbook on all options.This company in general responds very quick and effectively.

Our heat went out overnight last Friday, which was one of the coldest night of the season. Woke to the house being 50°. Jim with Weis arrived in a timely manner and fixed the issue as well as checked our humidifier. Was so happy to have heat running again!

Weis service staff is consistently excellent. Quick to respond when we have a problem, trust their advice regarding repair vs. replace. Great annual service agreement.

We had what we feared was going to be a pricey repair on our nearly 23 year old furnace. Jim the technician diagnosed it as a loose part and possibly a motor that will go out sometime in the future. He assured us it could just be a "band-aid" fix until whenever, but said we are doing no harm to the unit by doing this fix. Totally honest and let us decide what to do.
Will it go out in the future? We are sure it will, but we will cross that bridge at that time, NOT now!

Despite the holiday was just two days away they found the problem with our 32 yr old furnace. We opted for new and a hour or so later a man cam with our options and they were at our house before 8 am the next day. Very neat, clean and professional.

When looking for HVAC - the only thing I want to know initially is price on these reviews. So people out there who want to know - Weis is $2300 cheaper for AC and Furnace combo. We have a smaller house and only need 14 Seer - AC and 90% efficiency on furnace. Mr. Forness came out, consulted with me about the system and our needs. He told me we did not need a furnace, in which others tried pushing on us. I brought up the furnace part of it. He then proceeded to give fair pricing we could live with.
Hands down, if you need to go with a company I recommend Weis. You know you are getting a deal and they use named brand and quality products.

Frank M. performed my 6 Month semiannual Maintenance service today on my Geothermal HVAC. He does an excellent job. He is prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, thorough, and follows all Covid-19 safety precautions. He is the best and I always request him.

I’ve been using Weis/Classic for over 10 years. They typically spend over 30 min going over the system - very thorough. They always take the time to answer questions.

They are very professional, do a great job, and offer good value. We have employed them several trims and been 100% satisfied every time. Jay represents the company well.

Tony Frisch and the Weis team have been out to our house at least 5-6 times this past year. We have "unicorn" situations with our Mini-Split AC units and our Boiler/Radiators that are older that my wife and I combined. Its never comforting running into HVAC issues when you really need it, but their customer service (Brittany and group dispatching) and knowledge have helped us save money and avoid very costly repairs. We had a Preventative maintenance contract with another large HVAC in our area. We switched to Weis for a better price, but we also gained better service.

I have used Weiss and had Frank as my service consultant for years. He is the best, very knowledgeable. He takes good care of his customers.
