The compressor stopped working while i had a dinner party, it was 5 years old and I had it serviced that spring. This year, almost six years old, it has a freon leak which can't be repaired. It will be money spent each year until I replace it. I had hoped to make it 10 years.

Excellent service...last Friday, 7/19/19 our air conditioner stopped working. It was an extremely hot day...I called Harster at 12:45 by 2PM the same day our unit was repaired and working again!!! Amazing service, HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you so very much!!

Harster isn't a little company any more. It was bought out by a big corporation. Too corporate and pushy and try to sell you things you don't need. The only good thing about it now is that the service men are very friendly and do a great job.

This week, our AC was blowing neutral air without cooling the house. We called the next morning at 8 am and they were out that day by 10:30 am to check it out. As soon as he arrived, the tech knew immediatly what the problem was once we described the symptoms. He went outside and quickly replaced a burnt out wire on our ac compressor. We initially thought we were going to have to get a new AC since it is nearing the end of its life cycle, so getting the diagnosis and fix for much cheaper than we originally thought was so relieving. When it’s time to get a new AC finally (probably next year) we will definitely be giving Harster a call! Thank you for making my week!

I called at 11:00 about a heating problem with our furnace that I was hoping to get taken care of quickly. By 1:00 everything was taken care of for a very reasonable price. From my interaction with whoever answered the phone (I think her name was Carly) to the technician onsite, everyone went out of their way to make it easy for me. They did a great job and I could not be happier.
