Not quite a week ago, Weis Comfort Systems installed a new heating and cooling system in our house. The installation was smooth and did not interrupt our normal, everyday activities. The two men who completed the installation were friendly, courteous and, at times, even entertaining. When the work was completed we spent time talking with the men about the installation and exchanged some personal stories on various topics. We have never experienced service like this!

Weiss does a good job. Good communication. Courteous. But Frank earns them 5-stars no matter what. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. You just can't top Frank as a field service person.
Just an semi-annual tuneup today. Which admittedly I did not do the first several yeas. After 10 years and our water furnace has been flawless. Love it.

Our HVAC purchase and installation was wonderful. The Project Manager, Matt W., was knowledgeable about all equipment and clearly explained features & benefits of different options. He thoroughly answered all of our questions. Great communication during scheduling and installation. I’d recommend with no hesitation.

I've been with Weis Comfort for a few years. I couldn't be happier. They are professionsl, knowledgeable and everyone is super friendly!
If you like a particular service person (as I do), you can request them to take care of your system. They arrive on time. Jim will take his time and explain everything to me! Having him come out every 6 months to service my heating and cooling system , gives me peace of mind all year that my system will be safe and running smoothly! I would definately recommend Weis Comfort System!

Weis Comfort Systems has very competitive rates & Frank M. is an excellent, knowledgable HVAC service tech. He has kept our HVAC units in good condition & functioning for years so our home stays comfortable year round. I am pleased with their services.

Weiss installed our furnace about 2 1/2 years ago. The company was great to work with. We lost our AC during some of the hottest days in August and Weis brought out some window units for us to use in the couple of days prior to the new unit being installed
Yesterday their tech, Bill came out to check on the unit to see why it wasn't cooling properly. He had done the research on past calls to our house and was able to quickly assess the issue. He wrote a detailed description of what was going on, on our invoice so we had the documentation for any future service calls.
I would definitely recommend Weis for anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.

I would not recommend this A.C. and cooling company to anyone. The previous owner of my house bought a system from them in 2020, and from what I can tell, it’s undersized for the space. It won’t cool the house below 80 degrees, no matter how long it runs. When I called them for help, they refused to even come take a look unless I paid them more. No sense of responsibility, no customer service — just trying to squeeze more money out of me. Total waste of time.

Bill Colin did an excellent job cleaning my air conditioner today. He is an excellent worker and takes great care of my equipment. Would recommend Bill Colin to work on your air conditioner and furnace always does a great job on both.

Our A/C unit stopped running this past Friday afternoon (7/25)… I came home from work, and it was 80 degrees inside our home! I called “Weis Comfort Systems” and they were able to get a technician to our home THAT evening! Problem solved. The technician was friendly and professional. This is the first time I’ve used Classic Aire Care, as I was a previous Weis Comfort Systems customer (my uncle started that company many years ago). I am very happy that CAC is continuing the wonderful customer service that my uncle and his sons insisted on for so many years. Highly recommend!!
