So I had a boot replaced on my Electrolux washer when I tried to use it the end of the week it did not work so I called and informed of the issue was told it would be the next day.. the same day he called because of a cancellation and said he was on his way… was a quick fix 5 minutes later I had a working machine thank god cause I didn’t have no clean laundry and didn’t want to have to go to a laundry Mat

This man went above and beyond. My dryer quit working. My husband told me it was a fuse but when I called another repair place they quoted me $60 and said it would be $55 for the part. I decided to call for another opinion...to see if I could get that part cheaper (and quicker). Instead, the man said that that was not what was wrong with my dryer...it just needs a new fuse. He sold me the fuse. When I texted him to thank him, he called me to let me know how to prevent it from happening again. It's so refreshing to find that kind of customer service.

I called Mom's to come take a look at my dishwasher that suddenly stopped working. He called me back within 30 minutes. He gave me 2 trouble shooting items to try myself and it worked. 5 minutes later it was working and I didn't have to pay him to come. How many businesses are willing to do this! Otherwise he was available to come out same day if it didn't work. He earned all my future business today!

Was very happy with Mom's. They were able to come out within an hour of when we called. Steve knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he heard the horrible sound it was making. I will sure call them again if I have any problems with any of my appliances.

Called on a Friday he came out same day. He said he had to order parts and would be a 3hr job. Wednesday of the following week My husband called to see if he had ordered parts and when he would be back. Repair guy said he was too busy wouldn’t be able to do job as it would take half a day for him. Thanks for letting us know! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WILL LET EVERYONE WE KNOW ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE. THANKS!

Great Job, dryer is fixed, he even showed me broken part which is nice to learn a thing or two. Positive was a set appointment but he was running late so called which was greatly appreciated.
Bonus: he looked at my A/C window unit and gave a quick diagnosis of not worth the cost of the repair, which I really appreciate the honesty verse trying to get more money out of me.

I forgot to write a review on this when he cane to repair my ice maker in my fridge but wanted to because if the great job he did. Very nice and professional, did a great job in a timely manner. One thing I really loves is how honest and tans LaRae my he was during the repair.

I would highly recommend if you need anything repaired, get this guy.

I have been using moms for about 5 years now, he always comes out the day I call, he always fixes it, that's why I keep going back!!! He has fixed my washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher, and once my ice maker wasn't working, he fixed it, still didn't work right so he replaced the part with no extra cost. I even recommended to my own mom. :) nice guy, same day service.... 5 stars!!!!!

Very honest and professional. Our dryer needed repair and Mom's took it apart, tested it and due to the extensive cost of timer parts, recommended buying new. Their analysis was worth the service cal <$70.

I found Mom's Appliance Repair when my washer stopped working. Since it's an older washer, I was hesitant to pay $80 for an appointment for a repair tech to tell me it was shot anyway. Thankfully I came across Mom's! Steve came out the next day to take a look (no charge for the appointment), immediately diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained what happened, and even took the time to search for a used part to try to help save me money. Can't beat honesty in service like that! Later, when my dryer motor also quit on me (which I knew because of what he taught me about the washer), I knew just who to call. Again, speedy service, very courteous and prompt, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend Steve and Mom's Appliance Repair!

He came and repaired our washer. It took him 15min, replaced a $20 part, charged $165. Then, one month later the washer had the same problem. He came and looked and said that the part he replaced was worn out already. However, he said he was out of stock of that part. So we waited, waited -- called a week later to see if he got the part in. He just said, "no, I'll call when it's in" -- we explained we needed some estimate as we have a household of 9 and were spending a fortune at the laundry mat. He response was "Not my fault, Not my problem" -- UGH!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We found the part online, ordered it - it was here in 2 days and we replaced our selves in about 20 min. He is a complete rip off and so rude!! Never did here back from him regarding the part he supposedly ordered - that was what we figured would happen and why we did the job ourselves.

Have used Mom's Appliance Repair a handful of time throughout the years. Steve has always done great work and fixed whatever we needed, in the same day. This time when we called Steve, he texted me back saying he was out of town but to call Eric. Eric did just as great of work. Eric had the part we needed for our dryer, had it put on and dry working literally within 10 minutes. The prices is always very reasonable and doesn't brake the bank. I can not say enough good things about Mom's Appliance Repair. They arrived wonderful!

We called and he came out ask what noise was. We told him and he said either it is the fan or the computer board. We said fridge sounds like a dying screech. He said it is fan. He came Saturday and replaced the fan. Took 15 min he charred 241.37. Fan is not working need to replace computer board. Called him and told him problem. He told us to unplug and plug back in. Told him we did. He said u need a new board. He said he couldn’t fix it. He is going to Mexico. Now we have a freezer that won’t do what it should. I asked for recommendations and he didn’t recommend anyone. He is a rip off and we will never use him again. Che is outrageous in price!

We had a technician come out as our fridge was not working. He diagnosed the problem really quick (bad compressor) and noticed that it might still be under warranty. Told me to call and find out if the repair would be covered under warranty, and it was!!! It was so kind and honest of him to help us out that way! (Unfortunately the company had their own technician repair it, not Mom’s appliance). But I really appreciated their great service!

The repair man Steve was rude, dismissive, and very quick to say it was a frozen fan on a refrigerator that was the problem. He gave instructions to let the fan defrost.

I followed his instructions and the problem was not resolved. When I attempted to text and call him, he was incredibly rude, giving the impression that he was bothered, saying he didn't have time to worry about it and that they don't work on weekends so good luck.

The Google search shows they are open on Saturdays.

Did not fix the issue with my refrigerator. Simply defrosted it and went on his merry way. Did not mention that it would continue to be a problem or that we would need to replace the refrigerator. When we called him back because the issue resurfaced two weeks later, he blew us off and told us it wasn't his problem.

Was so glad he made it within two hours to check my refrigerator. I even had it pulled out for him when he arrived. He used his drill on four screws and said leak will cost at least 325 to fix and charged me 85 for being here maybe 30 minutes. probably less. Disappointing to say the least.

Our refridgerator stopped working. Made a same day appointment. Tom showed up early & fixed it. The fridge is colder than ever now.

Bought a used washing machine off him on January 23 2021. He said it worked that a service man looked it over. Got it home and it wouldn't fill with water. He came out the following day and took some parts off of it and still hasn't returned to fix it as of April 12 2021. He finally return a message on February 13 2021. But still hasn't fixed the washing machine. Would not recommend using him.

Was sent to my house by our home warranty. I can definitely see why he has such bad reviews. Not professional couldn't even accept a credit card for payment. Took the heating element from my dryer and refuses to return it.

After initial service call and repair the refrigerator still didn’t work. Tom came back one more time but still wasn’t fixed. Was supposed to come back a third time but was a no show. Couldn’t get a hold of him again after that. He wouldn’t return phone calls.
