The absolute best. Ricky is a true gem. Extremely caring and patient. Our home projects and decisions have been challenging and lots to learn and consider and Ricky has gone way out of his way every time. Words can't thank him or Red Rhino enough. I don't know if they or he will truly understand how much we appreciate them. I know our situations were taxing, but he was there every step of the way in trying to get our home overhaul done as best as possible. They went to bat for us with insurance and made our roof and gutters so easy to handle. Top notch company. You won't regret them. They helped with our siding replacement and that just took a lot to consider on our end financially, but Ricky was there every step again! He went out of his way many times. I just can't thank him enough and Red Rhino enough!

Steve Garza has fixed our roofs for years and glad he is with Red Rhino. He’s caring, professional and goes the extra mile. I wouldn’t trust my roof to anybody else! Here is our latest property damage and Steve was there on a weekend making sure it didn’t rain in our home after this tree fell during a storm. We are excited to get our new roof soon.

Red Rhino and Dominic did a fantastic job replacing my roof and gutters after a hail storm this spring. The workers were very careful with cleaning up after the project and the gutter person did an outstanding job as well. Thank you for your fast and efficient repair work.

I saw a commercial on a local channel and thought wow that company looks so professional I had to call. I know they have a bunch of trucks because I see them around town but sure enough the guy from the commercial showed up! His name is Ben and he has to be the most knowledgable guy in the industry. Every single question I asked was answered without hesitation. He walked me through the entire process and provided me with documentation explaining everything. He left me with his card and I used it and called him multiple times with claim questions and all sorts of stuff. He was professional, respectful, and patient with me asking questions i'm sure he already explained a few times! LOL
My roof is now done and my house looks better than I ever thought it could! They got the gutters done, replaced a cracked skylight, and even improved my gutter design so my house drains more efficiently too! Now we're looking at a very appetizing solar package through the same company. Ben is a Stud, the business is organized, this was the smoothest and best transaction i've ever had with any business in my 56 years.

very happy with these guys. roof and windows got hit hard by many 2019 hailstorm. joey swafford worked really hard with the insurance company and kept us informed of what was going on. they took care of the roof AND the windows. the crews were nice guys and cleaned up after themselves. excellent project management

I had an appointment at 5 pm, Tim called to say he was going to be out in the morning instead because it was supposed to be 100 degrees out which was fine. I was home all day anyway, no one showed. When I called, he stated he did come out and didn't see damage. I told them no one had been to my house, I would have seen them/heard them and my dog would have barked and that didn't happen nor did I hear anyone on my roof. He stated he didn't get on my roof, now how would they know if I had hail damage if they don't go inspect the roof as that was what the appointment was for. I know I have hail/wind damage as I can see it myself and I have a shingle that blew off. I couldn't believe he had the audacity to lie about being here to inspect. He offered to come back out but NO Thanks, he lost business for his company.

We couldn’t be more pleased with everything. We would highly recommend Mckinnis roofing. If we ever need our roof replaced again our first call will be 2 Mckinnis.

I lost my siding on my house on April 22 and the piece just got replaced by Mckinnis. I am just thrilled at the work done by Willard and his partner. I will use them again when needed. This is a professional place to use. Love it much.

I contacted Mckinnis Roofing as they did my roof a few years back. I was looking to complete the last section of gutter guards above my garage. Joey reached out the same say after my request. Came out two days later to meet with me. Explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to help me remove a section of my Christmas lights. Then called me the morning of my install and let me know what the plan was as snow was still in my gutters. They came and cleaned off a bunch of snow, then came back a several hours later after the sun melted and completed the project. Knocked on my door after the install to explain what they did and had me verify everything was taken care of. Over all excellent experience and would recommend Mckinnis Roofing to family and friends!

It started out good, they were recommended by my insurance and the salesperson (retired a week after) was really helpful and seemed to want to help me by offering additional services I could add on. Once he was done it went down hill. None of these additional add-ons were on the table anymore and they ignored me every time I would ask saying that they'd get back to me, then never did. Throughout the process they seemed to act like I had no business in what happens to my house and it was just between them and the insurance company. A couple times they tried to skip things they billed my insurance for, I'd ask about them, get ignored. Then I'd have to halt them working, they'd bring in a manager who'd then agree it was reasonable to ask and they did the things they were charging for. Maybe I just got a bad project manager, but I felt largely ignored and excluded from what was going to be done to my house. The work was overall seemed fine, customer service was bad.

This review only and specifically pertains to Cameron’s restoration team that worked to repair our home after a house fire. Cameron laid out a plan and timeline for getting the work done, and he stuck to it. He did an amazing job coordinating his team and subcontractors to get us back in our home. We are very pleased with the quality of work that they did, and each member of his team was enjoyable to work with. Travis has an eye for detail and this attention to detail in my home is truly appreciated. Luke is a great carpenter, but also worked on any project that needed him in order to get tasks completed. Our life and our home are beautiful again thanks to Cameron’s team!

Great experience with everyone I spoke with in the company. Brad was very personal and responsive with my questions. The office was very patient with my claim and worked with the many questions I had. They came on time as expected and finished within the time frame quoted even with a little bit of weather hiccups along the way. I would highly recommend this company and will plan on using them again for any future repairs!

Great company that honors there word, with no hidden extras that are legitimate. You will be glad you made the mckinnis choice. Extremely reasonable in price considering the amount of work they had to endure up 2 stories high. We left it up to the professionals to do right. Thank you for your roofing work, job well done!
