I had contacted RRR fall of last year to get the barn roof on our property fixed. My initial experience with Kyler, a field advisor wasn’t great. There were a lot of communication issues with him. When both my boyfriend and I had enough, we called the main office and got in touch with the owner, John.
John talked with us, we relayed all the issues to him and then put us in touch his senior field advisor, Larry. Larry was great to work with, he communicated well and made sure the roofing job was done correctly.
Even though things started off on the wrong foot, we really appreciate John and Larry
doing their best to hear us out and make things right. If we ever needed anything done in the future, we would definitely use RRR again.

Thank you to Steve with Red Rhino Roofing. He came to the assisted living facility that I manage and gave us a free roof inspection. While on the roof Steve found a few issues, like nails coming out of shingles, and small little wholes in the shingles. Steve took pictures of all defects and then fixed the nails and small wholes before leaving. Steve was a very professional and nice to the residents that call this facility home. Honestly the greatest part of the whole process was having Dart Mendolia heading up the entire project. There were a few bumps in the road as far as insurance coverage, city inspections, some less than acceptable gutter installation, and extra repairs that were not at first realized. Dart took care of it! This guy was on point and ALWAYS answered his phone. Dart gets 5 stars but Red Rhino gets 4 for some installation issues. I would definitely work with them again though.Thanks Dart!
