Definitely a perfect 10.0! Aaron fought with our insurance company time and again, when a tree fell on our house in the July 2024 storm. He went to bat for us, getting our claim kicked up to a claims supervisor so we could finally get repairs started. We ended up going with an entire brand-new roof! He also recommended a fantastic tree company who took care of the remaining dangerous limbs. Always prompt with answers and returned calls. Can't recommend HomePride enough!

The process has been made extremely smooth by HomePride. Ryan is quick to get the ball rolling and has made everything very easy.

Just finished working with Ryan Quance of Home Pride; he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The new roof and gutters look great; they repaired some rotting damage and our roof is now up to code. If we need any other work done, we will certainly give him another call. The folks at Home Pride are great to work with! When the roof of our local Elks Lodge suffered storm damage, Home Pride helped us navigate insurance and come up with a plan to repair the damage that fit within our coverage and budget. This assistance was crucial, as the coverage extended by the insurance company wasn't quite enough to fix the damage properly. Without Home Pride's help, we would have had a difficult time finding middle ground which 1) fit within our budget and insurance coverage, and 2) facilitated a proper and lasting repair. We now have no leaks, and are confident the work done will last for years to come. THANK YOU, Home Pride!

Website says they do gutter repair and when I had the person come out for an estimate they said they dont actually repair, they only fully replace and the minimum for someone to come out was over $1000. Not to mention, I had to call them 15 mins after they were supposed to have been here to find out if they were actually showing up. Got the impression they just didnt want to do it, more than anything.

When it comes to taking care of your home make sure you get a hold of Ryan and his team of little cowboys at Home Pride Contractors. Ryan is always on time, very professional, and his communication throughout the process is second to none.

Ryan “Cowboy” Quance fought like hell to get me the right roof construction. We walked on the roof together and he noticed my neighbors had one done correctly and insurance didn’t want to cover it. Cowboy took tons of pictures and sent building code to them over and over. Eventually insurance approved it and gave me an additional $5,000+ that they owed me. Follow up was excellent as well. Ryan and the crew were in constant contact with me and one another on the day of construction, with Cowboy climbing ladders and checking that even small details are handled correctly.

Insurance tried to deny that we had valleys and flashing even though it was in the pictures Ryan sent; they didn't want to pay. They accused him of tampering with his pitch gauge when I called them. I bought my own and verified his measurements. Ryan never gave in to their games and kept fighting. You NEED this guy in your corner if you don't want to get ripped off by your insurance.

Home Pride in Omaha is an awesome roofing company! The men arrived at 5:30 yesterday morning and by 5:30 pm had totally replaced our roof and cleaned up the site. I’m extremely impressed with the skill-set, efficiency and quality exhibited by this team of professionals throughout the long day.
I would like to especially recognize Project Manager, Aaron Wilson. Aaron “went the extra mile” to stay in touch; and answered all our questions in advance of the project. Aaron is an asset to Home Pride. I was impressed the day he stopped by to solicit our business. He’s trustworthy and backs it up with his extensive knowledge of the home roofing business. If you need a roof replaced, they are efficient and timely. If you need any additional work outside of a simple roof replacement I would consider a different contractor. I originally signed on with Home pride for a roof replacement in 2022. I had the roof replaced and damaged siding that I ended up having to get repaired via a different contractor of my choice because the job wasn’t big enough. Then with the major storms in 2024 I had significantly more damage than the roof and only a partial siding repair/replacement than I had in 2022. Ultimately Home Pride was great with the immediate patching of the damaged part of the roof and the roof replacement again was timely. But like I said, if you need anything more than that, consider a different contractor. It took me almost 12 months after the initial storm and damage to get gutters replaced and I have now settled my account with them and pursuing another contractor for siding replacement. Management got involved and was aware, but I think it is simply just a matter of volume in Omaha area that they focus on roof replacement and even though they advertise for more, this is where the company focuses their time and effort in.

Their roofers and gutter guys did an excellent job. I can’t recommend their project manager Ryan Quance enough. I am very particular about how everything is done and Ryan stayed ON IT until everything was absolutely perfect. Working with Ryan is the best contractor experience I’ve ever had!

Contacted Home Pride and Cowboy Ryan Q because of how thorough he had been with a couple of our neighbors' roof repairs. Ryan has remained PROFESSIONAL, DETERMINED AND UNWAVERING in his support to us and assistance to help get the damages fixed. Despite our insurance adjuster/companies massive efforts to engage in one of the most frustrating and evasive paper chases I have ever experienced. Ryan has made it clear that this IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN on his watch. His dedication to help us is nothing short of heroic. I mean that. He has not given up and I am both amazed and deeply thankful. We are Seniors - too often everyone is after the quick money. If efforts need to be made to help, follow-up or make insurance companies honor their commitments, people tend to move on, and the insurance companies know this. That's why they stall.

We are delighted Home Pride Contractors, Inc. and the work they did for us following a hail storm in May of 2024. Damage to the exterior of our house was extensive, and we contacted Nationwide Insurance, immediately. They asked if we had a contractor, and we didn't, so Nationwide suggested that if we used their preferred contractor, Home Pride Contractors, we would have a five year warranty on the work. We decided to go with Home Pride, and we are very pleased with the results. They replaced our roof, our siding, windows, window screens, gutters, downspouts, overhead garage door, exteior door, siding and roof on shed, repainted our deck and the door of the shed. Everyone was professional and cleaned up daily. Communication has been excellent throughout the process. The whole job took a little over 14 months from the first contact with Home Pride until the final item was complete. Damage in the metropolitan area was widespread and we saw lots of Home Pride trucks in our area, and Home Pride signs popping up in our neighborhood and elsewhere in the area. The first thing they did was replace the roof, so we were protected from other weather. The siding took a long time to source because of shortage of the original type of siding, which was cedar split log siding. Additionally, the cost of the siding had increased significantly. When spring came again, and the siding had still not been approved by the insurance company, and a new season of storms was beginning, we talked to our Home Pride representative, asking if there was a hail-resistant siding that would be comparable in price to the cedar split-log siding that would not get damaged when another hail storm hits us after the siding is replaced. We are very thankful that Aaron, our contact with Home Pride, found a product with a life-time hail warranty, that was acceptable to our insurance company. We are very happy with the appearance of our house with the new siding, the improved insulation, and we have peace of mind, that we have the best product we could pick to replace our damaged siding.

Home Pride replaced my roof in the fall of 2024. Ryan helped tremendously with my insurance company and making sure my roof gets done right. Fast forward to April 24, 2025, a hail storm moved through and hit us hard. While watching it hail, Ryan called me to check in on how our roof is. He asked for photos and videos and reassured me he would come check if there was any damage. The very next day, Ryan was at my house and checking to make sure my roof with in good shape. He gave me a peace of mind! I so greatly appreciate him, his amazing customer service and being there even when I didn’t think to ask! Home Pride and Ryan are seriously the best! I recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof!!

"Cowboy" Ryan made sure to work with us through this whole process. As a first time home owner, this was a confusing process and Ryan made sure things got done. Ryan ended up fighting: insurance, production, manufacturers, I think he even ended up fighting people at his own company to make sure i got taken care of. I think Ryan fought everyone, like all the time. Most people just make the sale and hand you off, Ryan made sure it got done, regardless of whatever issues he had to fight people about. Now the house looks brand new, absolutely great. I really am happy with the finished job and I'm thankful for Ryan making sure it got handled the right way.

I had Home Pride come out to look at the roof damage from a prior storm. Diego helped me work with my insurance company for roof replacement. Diego always kept me informed what was happening during the process and answered any questions I had. The roofing crew that came out was very professional and did a great job with my roof replacement. I would like to thank Home Pride for a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof estimate or assessment for wind or hail damage.

Ryan “known as cowboy” has done an outstanding job working with my insurance. At no fault of his it’s been over 40 days now since the storm that hit me in Bennington. Ryan has submitted all the required plus more that Auto Owners has asked for. The Auto Owners rep in Michigan yep Michigan claims there was no hail event at my location. Ryan has proved several ways that there was indeed hail. He is still working diligently to get me where I deserve to be on repairs. I highly recommend Ryan and his professionalism but by no way would I recommend Auto Owners. The customer service from Auto Owners is embarrassing. I pay you every month, now it’s your turn to do what’s right and pay me. That’s the business you chose. Do your job Auto Owners.
