We had a great experience with Innovative Roofing. Ramiro was incredibly patient with me during our initial consultation- I had a lot of questions as a first timer for a roof replacement. He delivered a very detailed quote with multiple options so we were able to get what we wanted within our budget. All communications/scheduling were smooth and easy, and the roof was brand new in less 72 hours from material delivery to clean up. These guys really do great work and made us feel at ease through a new process, I can’t thank them enough for the confidence we have in our new roof!

Ramiro came and did an inspection on my roof and did a great job after the roof replacement was completed.

I called them when I noticed some hail damage on the vents on my roof. Guy came out from Innovative and looked at everything and said I had roof damage on 3 of the 4 slopes. I put in an insurance claim and adjuster came out, as did the Innovative roof representative again. They were both on the roof for a while and the Innovative roof rep came down, got into his truck and left. Never heard from him again. Insurance adjuster said there was NO damage to roof. I do not know if insurance adjuster was lying or Innovative roof representative, but since he literally left without saying I word, I'm guessing the latter.

The good—
Crew was very respectful and thoughtful, professional in all aspects. Very deliberate in clean up, outstanding.
The bad (which greatly outweighed the good)—
From beginning to end, from initial inspection to price quote to actual completion, it’s a complete shell game. First, you won’t see the estimate. Instead they will want to meet with your insurance company adjuster. I understand this is part of process, and it’s standard procedure so that roofing company doesn’t underbid a job. It’s still feels shady. And this company takes it to the nth degree.
More part of the shell game, questions about quote (when you’re finally able to see it) are moving figures around, putting amounts in different categories, leaving you completely confused—that’s the point, and they are very good at it.
You’ll spend a great deal of time calling them for updates and wonder if you’re being told the truth “Did you submit the paperwork to insurer? Yes I did..” even though you know they didn’t because you just talked to insurer.
It’s all about trust. In the end you’ll feel cheated. BUT you needed a roof.
Ever buy a new car? THAT’s what this feels like. It doesn’t have to be this way.

I appreciate Innovative replacing my roof. The estimate was both the best organized and best price that I received. Ramiro was responsive and answered all my questions helpfully. The crew was fast and did an impressive job cleaning the site afterwards. Their customer portal site was simple and useful for sharing documents and photos. Thank you!

Ramiro did a great job inspecting my roof and gave us a fear estimate. Finished the job and we are very pleased with the clean up and quality.

Great company fast working great quality very happy they took the old roof off and install the new roof in one day

We had water coming in near our chimney. Innovation Roofing answered my phone call and were at my house the next day to assess the issue. They examined the attic and the roof and quickly identified the problem. They worked with us to schedule a date for repairs and took pictures of the improvements. They provided excellent customer service and I am confident they did a high quality job. I will definitely use Innovative Roofing going forward and will recommend to my family and friends.

I don’t leave reviews unless I mean it. Devin was very professional and knew his stuff. I didn’t feel like he was trying to scam me and cared about making sure I understood the process all the way through and answered any questions I had!

This company is great to work with. They are quick, professional and have true integrity. I especially enjoyed working with Jesus. Although he does the sales, you can tell he's not trying to push it on you. He wants what is best for your home (or business) and takes the pressure off of making such a big decision. Then he follows up to make sure the roofers and the customer are on the same page. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Provided excellent guidence and assisted with insurance adjuster visit and step by step process. New roof is installed....zero issues. Not normally one to leave reviews, but my whole experience was great start to finish. Alex listened carefully to my needs and provided excellent service. Ask for Alex if you need roofing done.

We contacted two other places to install a chimney cap, but never heard back from either. After a few months with no updates, we found Innovative Roofing & contacted Freddy. He came out right away and looked & measured it. He had to place an order for one to be made, & after about a week, it came in & was installed right away. They did a wonderful job, & it looks great! Freddy was very professional & courteous, & always kept us updated; he didn't forget about us! I would recommend him & his company to anyone with roofing needs!
