My experience with Drey left a lot to be desired. Contacted them twice in September to get an estimate for some storm damage. Needing to reach out a second time just to get a response should have been my first clue in regards to the level of service I would receive. It is now January and I can finally say we're finished with the project, 4 long months later. I never did receive an estimate for the damages. As a matter of fact I never received any paperwork from Drey until the final invoice. On that invoice, nothing was itemized out - there was just simply a total due with no numerical explanation of how they arrived to that number. Additionally, most all communication was one-sided and had to be started on my end. I had to continuously remind my sales rep what all still needed done per my insurance estimate. My rep arrived at my house to remove my window screens and didn't know how. When his 'window' guy came to put them back in, he shared that he really didn't know how either and I ended up helping him put them all in. To keep this relatively short - overall, in my experience I felt like I was being bamboozled, to put it nicely. I didn't feel as though I was receiving honest/truthful or timely communication at any point. It was evident that customer service isn't a priority at Drey. Moving forward, I won't be utilizing their services and wouldn't recommend them to others.

My comment has nothing to do with the quality of their roofing product nor the installation. I am merely upset about the customer service I received from a gal working here named Jill. As an insurance agent, I did everything in my power to ask Jill to help State Farm sign a one page form stating a mutual customer DID have an impact resistant roof, Class 4, saving him thousands on insurance premium. The first lady here explained to me he had class 4, and they had filled a form out for him prior for a different insurance company. Jill would not sign the form, and she refused to simply put what material WAS installed by Drey, so State Farm underwriting could determine its class ourselves. Not to mention, I explained to her that State Farm has our own qualified list of Class 4 Roofing. Without the help of Jill, I requested another gentleman from Apple Roofing, which I refer, to come to this customer’s house. What do you know? This customer’s roof was Class 4 Impact resistant, given away by the color of material. I wish I had better help with Drey to avoid this situation.

The entire team at Drey Roofing are very responsive and professional. They have done several jobs for me the past few years (roofing, gutters, downspouts), and I have been completely satisfied with their work and follow through. I would highly recommend them!

With due diligence and hearing neighbors experiences with Drey Roofing. I chose them to replace a family members roof and gutters. I talked to a representative named Steve. He didn't try to sell me on anything and seemed honest. Turns out he was, and they did a great job.

Just now I drove by this bearded guy in his truck. Paid no attention to the road. Slowing traffic. Joking with his passenger. Rude. It's dangerous to drive with your head in your phone on a regular day. Today is worse. Can't imagine their attention to detail being any better. F minus

I needed some fascia replaced on my house after the big wind storm last fall. I couldn’t get the company that did my siding to come do it. I called Steve at Drey and he had his crew come out to get the damaged piece that day. They reshaped it and had it back up in a couple days - even secured the other side as well. Great service and highly recommend!

Drey roofing helped me in a pinch and in a small, good-weather window, broke down and reinstalled a new roof in 2 days. Their pricing was actually reasonable, they showed up on time, were polite and respectful, cleaned up any mess, and the owner stopped by afterward to walk me through/inspect their work. Couldn’t recommend more!

Drey Roofing replaced my asphalt shingles, gutters, downspouts , and extensionson my home and garage twice from hail damage in the last ten years. They replaced my the metal roof on my barn with insulation. Great workers, who get the job done fast and do an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. My State Farm agents and adjusters were impressed. They are careful and will come back to fix little projects as needed. I will continue using them for my roofing and siding needs.

I contacted Drey to replace a flat rubber roof with white TPO and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Even with weeks of rain delays, Richard kept me well informed. Pricing was very competitive, and when a branch damaged the new roof, they were out the very next day to fix it. Highly recommend Drey Roofing and especially Richard for making everything easy.

Had a section of my soffit that was coming loose and a down spout I needed fixed. Sent a couple of pics and Homero responded promptly with a very reasonable estimate. I accepted and he was able to fix in a few days. He also noticed a few pieces of siding that were loose and fixed at no charge. Excellent communication and prompt response. If I have any other siding or roofing issue's I would not hesitate calling him.

All I can say is that ahould I ever need roofing/siding work to be done again, Homero and Raptor Roofing will be my first call. The project that they completed for me required special order of siding. Homero was super proactive with communication. He was knowlegable and super easy to work with. He completed the job on time and cleaned up after he was done. Thank you for the great job!

We had Raptor Roofing replace our 20-yr old roof with a new class 3 impact-resistant roof, and couldn't be happier! No sales pitch, very fair price, and the roof was installed 4 days after placing the order. Polite, respective, family crew, with great attention to detail, and punctual down to the minute. Cleanup around our home after the install was thorough; we've yet to find a stray nail. Couldn't recommend them any higher!

Raptor Roofing bailed me out after another roofer had abandoned the job! They were up front about what they’d do, how much they’d do it for and went above and beyond by fixing the mistakes that had been made. They did what was necessary to keep me dry inside when it rained before they could do the rest of the job. They were punctual, friendly and tidy as they completed my roof. Rapture Roofing did everything they said they would, and it was quality work. Homero's was easy to work with, and they had me done the next day after the bid. If I ever have roofing or gutter work, Rapture Roofing will be the only company I will call.

Was impressed with James and the professionalism and knowledge of explaining the process of getting my roof done. He was patient, knowledgeable and very good at listening to my concerns and telling me what to expect.

The whole crew from initial call to the final walk through was amazing! Very helpful and always willing to answer questions. We were concerned for our yard with two dogs but Ramiro assured us his crew would do everything possible to keep the yard clean. The day they started it was incredibly windy so keeping the materials corralled was not possible. However the crew walked the entire yard and a few feet into the wooded area behind us. AJ swept the yard with the magnet and then the crew spot swept the yard with their flashlights after dark. We found only TWO after it was all said and done. They had pride in how they left the property. Highly recommend!! As an aside, for your own sanity, board your dogs if possible!
