When some bad storms rolled through Kansas City I called Innovative Roofing. Mike Navedo and his team came out promptly and discussed our options from finacing to shingle colors. The work was done quickly and professionally, Mike was always available to answer questions.

I can't stress enough how easy it was to work with this company. What I thought was going to be a daunting process, turned out to be a seamless endeavor when getting my old roof replaced.

Less then two weeks elapsed by the time I called for an initial quote to staring at a brand new beautiful roof. Obviously, your mileage may vary based on any recent storm activity. But, I was never left waiting. Their team was in constant communication with me the entire time and removed any of the guesswork on my end.

Much respect goes out to Freddy and his team of expert roofers, who gave a personable and professional experience. They left no hint that they were ever here in the first place, with the exception of the beautiful new roof, as they cleaned up completely after themselves.

There's obviously a reason this company is highly rated. They provided a no-nonsense quote, giving me no reason whatsoever to entertain a second opinion. Their products are top notch, including healthy warranties, and their expertise is second to none.

I'm serious when I say I put this off longer than I should have. As a homeowner, I can't imagine there are people who look forward to having their roof completely replaced. I dreaded even starting the process and was anxious about what kind of experience I was going to have. Needless to say, my expectations were flipped upside down and it was clear to me that getting a new roof didn't have to be complicated.

There are so many things in life that can stress a person out. But, getting any work done by this company isn't going to be one of them.

I called Innovative after the April hail storms in the Omaha area. Our consultant Devon was out that day and did a fantastic job of managing the whole project. We ended up needing a new roof on our home, pool pavilion, and my metal out building. Also needed new gutters. Devon made sure he was involved with all of the insurance visits and kept me in the loop on everything. I contacted Innovative due to their google reviews and I am very happy that I did. Can't say enough good things about their team and what a great job they did managing the whole project. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing help with any projects.

Start to finish this was a nightmare.

I had an amazing salesman, that worked hard and spent countless hours taking pictures, emailing, and communicating with me, and the insurance DESK adjuster.

Day of re-roof, I am told they have to apply OSB sheathing. No argument, and no exceptions and not to worry as they will supplement for the insurance. I didn't give approval, but I guess I didn't have a choice.

Innovative hired a subcontractor to complete my roof even though they state they do not do that.
None of the vents previously on the roof were replaced.
Two whirly birds were placed side by side.
Shingles curled up!
I had severe condensation due to improper ventilation which I sent pictures and emails to Ramiro and Dave for weeks.
Dave completed another inspection with pictures to justify installation of the venting, and removal on one whirly.

Mark the Innovative Roofing repair person inspected based on Dave's report from his pictures. I had to wait for him to get approval to do the repairs on a different day. Mark hand glued many shingles, installed the vents, and I was told did some caulking. There is still significant shingle damage visible.

Sheathing is not 100% approved because of the lack of pictures with measurements. Four pictures of various spots, not full roof pictures were submitted to the insurance company.
A building permit was gotten after the reroof was completed, and I complained they didn't have one. Dave tried to tell me they have 60 days after the job was completed to get a building permit.

To top it off, the waste for the project was around 16% and the invoice sent included work and charges not for Innovative Roofing.
I will update the review when everything is said and done. I am told it is still work in progress.

UPDATE: After posting the review, the communication and teamwork with upper management increased significantly.

This communication allowed us to complete the claim with approval.

I can say the majority of the issues have been repaired, with a promise of final repairs in warmer weather.

I had Devon come out and did an inspection of my roof. He inspected the roof and told me that were spots that had some damage. He said that I didn’t need a new roof. I really like his honesty and when I do need one I will be contacting him.

Great experience with R JA Roofing services & Chimney clean and repair service! Allan did a thorough chimney cleaning and chimney repair to fixed a crack we were worried about. He was very detail-oriented and respectful of our home. It’s reassuring to know our chimney is now safe to use. I’ll definitely be using them again for maintenance.

For a variety of house tasks, I used R JA Roofing tasks & Chimney Clean and Repair Service Ltd, and they were excellent from beginning to end. Our roof's flashing was restored, new attic insulation was put, and chimney repairs and a comprehensive inspection were completed by the crew. Additionally, they cleaned the dryer vent and air ducts, which significantly increased the house's ventilation. After being serviced by their skilled technician, our gas fireplace is now operating like new. The long-standing ant problem was resolved by effective pest management. Everything was expertly organized by their general contractor. Each service was professional, tidy, and on time.

Incredible experience from start to finish with R JA Roofing services & Chimney clean and repair service Ltd in NE. Edwin came out for routine chimney services but quickly found deeper issues. He performed a much-needed fireplace cleaning and noticed signs of water damage. He did a chimney cap replacement using a stainless steel chimney cap and repaired the chase cover. Our house had a lingering smokey smell that he eliminated with chimney odor removal. He also did a minor fireplace repair that made everything function better. It’s rare to find a tech who takes the time to explain everything so clearly and never rushes the job. The quality of work was amazing. I’m extremely impressed with the work done by R JA Service. Bryle and his team handled Roofing, Chimney Cleaning, Chimney Inspection, and Attic Insulation all in one visit, and their professionalism stood out from start to finish. They carefully inspected my roof for any damage and made precise repairs. The Chimney Cleaning left everything spotless, and the Chimney Inspection gave me confidence that everything was safe and functioning properly. They also upgraded my Attic Insulation, which immediately improved my home’s comfort and energy efficiency. The team was organized, polite, and very knowledgeable. Home Pride came and was able to quickly put a very solid system of patches on after we experienced storm damage. Was able to keep us open and dry til they could get back and replace the entire roof section on our beautiful 100 year old facility. Absolutely the worst company to work with. After two weeks of not getting an estimate back to me they said they needed me to sign a general contract before they would provide one. What a disgusting business practice. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From start to finish the was by far the best experience I’ve ever had working with a roofing company. Not only was Michelle (the owner I believe) extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but also honest and kind. I had concerns due to a previous experience with a different company and she went out of her way to make sure I understood the process from beginning to end. Her crew even let me know how the previous company I had hired cut corners and then fixed them for me. I’m so grateful to have had Home Pride recommended to me. They truly go above and beyond.

He really pushed on my behalf and made the whole process smooth. My home was near the path of the April 2024 tornado in the Elkhorn area. From the start Cowboy Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and timely. He was there with the insurance adjuster and will fight for your home as if it were his own. He has continuously been in contact with my insurance company making sure my repairs are done the right way. Highly recommend!

Excellent company to deal with for roofing ,gutters and siding. Diego walked me through the process and they finished over a week ahead of schedule and within budget . They worked with my insurance company to replace hail and wind damaged roof. I am very pleased with the work that has been done .
