The workmanship was excellent, the communication was great, they addressed unforeseen rotted plywood with new plywood replacement, fixed roof flashing, fixed leaking skylights and chimney flashing leaks, without missing a beat, they took extra care to avoid damaging my landscaping, and they did a great job of picking up at the end of the day and of the job. The Insurance company was really not feeling like working with us to finish the claim in a timely fashion, but I could count on the folks in the front office to keep the pressure on them until they answered our questions and addressed the issues that sprang up.
