After all the hail damage from last summer's storms we eventually started getting estimates for all the damaged roofing, siding & gutters. We made the right choice going with Roofer Mike's as he was able to cordinate all aspects of the roof replacement, installation of the new vinyl siding and new gutter system with gutter guards. It turned out beautiful, only paid our deductable and Roofer Mike handled the entire process. I might add they did a beautiful cleanup and gave up and upgrade to class 4 hail resistant shingles no extra charge. Trust me! Roofer Mike is the roofer to call in Omaha for any roofing or siding replacement. Thanks guys!

My neighbor and I were both looking to get new roof replacement. We got multiple roofing quotes and went with Roofer Mikes Roofing in Omaha based off the low pressure sales meeting and explication of our options. Mike visited my neighbors first then came over to sit down and go over all the options for roofing products. He didn't try to sell us on the most expensive or upsell, just gave us the information and let us pick. We both signed the contract to move forward with our projects. My house needed more work so the crews started on mine first. Our project
manager Mike sent me photos the entire way of our project and informed me when they found additional issues in the roof and vents. I cant say enough about the crew and the work they did. We purchased and older home and have been working on remodeling the inside. One of the last storms made it pretty clear it was time to get the outside done now. I found Radiant via Google search, reviews and ratings were good so I gave them a call. Their project manager Troy was here the next day, measured everything and gave us some samples while he created a drawing of what it would look like with a different color siding and roof than we used to have. Three color changes later and we signed the contract and got on their schedule. Their crew was so friendly and polite and did a wonderful job taking the old stuff off and making it look brand new. Troy was back for final walk through and made sure we were happy with the final result. We are more than happy! Now time to work on landscaping so the yard looks as good as the house.

We used Emerald Roofing in the summer of 2018, and couldn't be more pleased with their service. When our roof started leaking after a windstorm, we called five companies for estimates, and all but two told us they didn't believe our roof would be covered by insurance, quickly threw a bid at us, and ran out the door.

Emerald was one of two companies that told us that because our roof had organic shingles, it was not legally repairable, and thus we might have grounds for a claim. The other company's representative told us that not only would we have a claim for our roof, but that he could "guarantee" (a direct quote) our insurance company would pay for all new siding and gutters as well - literally promising a whole new exterior because our leak was roofing. When we asked our Emerald representative his opinion, he told us that he seriously doubted that was appropriate for the circumstances, and told us that if we felt we needed to pursue that avenue, to feel free - but that he wouldn't feel comfortable making such a statement.

Well, when things sound too good to be true, they typically are. After meeting with the insurance adjuster, we learned that not only were we not getting all new siding (the other company rep said our siding was no longer manufactured - which would've been necessary to get it all replaced - and that just straight up wasn't true), but that our insurance policy had changed without us realizing it, and that metal attachments (i.e. gutters) were no longer covered under our policy! It was obvious to me at that point that the other company had overpromised in an attempt to edge out their competition, as it's pretty enticing to think you're calling about a roof repair, and someone tells you that you can have a whole new exterior! I was so turned off by this sleaziness that I decided to call Emerald back, and ask them to do the work.

And I have absolutely no regrets. Since my insurance company was only covering a part of the repairs I needed done, Emerald went the extra mile and found options and a plan to fit my budget. The installation was painless, the new roof looks great, no more leaks, and a big lesson learned. Thank you, Emerald, for having integrity! If you are looking for a roof or other home exterior work, I can't recommend Emerald enough!
