Travis was very professional. We had a tough leak that wasn’t easy to find but he came back multiple times until the job was done. He and his helper did great work Emerald Roofing is a great company, with great people, that does great work!

Everything was done well to prevent any future problems with leaks from skylight. The new skylight has a retractable shade and is working great.Travis took a personal approach to the project and was very thorough and followed up to make sure the job was properly completed.

Travis was very helpful while weighing options for a new roof. He fixed spot leaks and was there while going through the entire insurance claim process. Highly recommend Travis and Emerald roofing.

I had a chimney cap fly off during the wind/rain storm of August 8th in omaha. Emerald Roofing was called and sent Travis Schafer out within an hour of being contacted to assess repairs. Travis modified the old cap a bit and replaced it on a two story high roof. He also secured the remount in a manner that would keep it intact in the event of future storms. Pics of the replaced cap are provided below. The cost was beyond reasonable and the response time and communication was exceptional. I definitely will be using Emerald Roofing for any future issues!

Had some flashing that appeared to loose and boxed in chimney that needed repair along with a general look at my roof. I got multiple estimates and went with Emerald. They did a terrific job for the quoted price. Emerald would be my first call if I needed roofing work again!

The owner, Bill O'Connor is excellent. Very experienced business owner. Low key. No high pressure sales. We needed a total replacement of our roof plus some gutter and siding repairs. He took care of all of it with a very competitive bid. Work was done on time with excellent communication. All of Bill's employees and subcontractors were excellent. Replacing a roof is a mess and the crew was outstanding. They were very courteous and cleaned up well. Bill responds well and in a timely fashion unlike so many contractors. Emerald Roofing was simply outstanding.

Emerald Roofing Goes above and beyond for their customers. They are excellent at getting their customers, the highest quality repairs. If you are insurance only covers a portion of your siding repairs they do a near perfect color match. Working with a Roofing/siding/gutter Company has never been easier.

I highly recommend Emerald Roofing. Bill O'Connor is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to "all things roofing". They communicated updates through text messaging informing of upcoming schedules through the entire process. His team was incredibly hard working, polite and treated our property very well throughout the process of removing our old roof and installation of the new roof. They shielded all our landscapes and windows from damage very well. Their clean up was very complete. They are highly recommended!

I called 5 different roofing companies in Omaha prior to Emerald Roofing because I needed a form filled out and someone to inspect the shingles on a home we were soon to purchase for insurance purposes. All five places gave me the runaround and 2 of them simply never got back to me.
Michelle Cali at Emerald Roofing was extremely helpful and understanding with the stressful situation we were faced with. She dispatched Travis to the house and he was able to inspect the roof as well as fully complete the form my insurance was asking for and get this for NO COST at all.
Travis was very polite and easy to talk to.
I will for sure be using Emerald Roofing when the time comes.

I would give Emerald Roofing more than 5 stars if I could! We first worked with them back in 2024 when we had to have our roof replaced following a storm. They were incredibly professional and made the entire process as easy as possible. I called them again this week after we discovered that something had damaged one of our shingles and Bill had someone out to fix it the same day! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality roofing company!

Dealing with Emerald was a great experience from start to finish. The customer service rep was polite, professional, and very responsive. The roofing crew was very efficient and did an excellent cleanup job. More than a year after installation they really went above and beyond to handle a service call within a day, free of charge, even though it had nothing to do with the quality of the initial installation. Emerald will definitely be our first call next time we need roofing done in Omaha.
