Bill at Emerald Roofing was great to work with. We needed repairs to our shake roof. He was thorough with the inspection and explained exactly what was needed. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and we appreciated the effort in cleaning up the yard.Overall we were very happy with the service and quality repair we we recieved from Emerald Roofing!

We found they were very easy to do business with, and our project manager was very knowledgeable. The crews worked fast and were conscientious of our property. I needed a new roof after a bad hail storm in June of 2022 and decided to give Emerald Roofing a try after reading some reviews. I've used other roofing companies in the past and they were fine, but Emerald really stands apart from them in terms of service.

Bill (the owner) reached out to me maybe only a hour after I submitted an online inspection request to setup a time to meet and this responsiveness continued through the entire process. Bill dealt with my insurance company every step of the way and was always transparent with his procedures and prices and extremely competent with maximizing the value of the insurance payout. Whenever I had questions, Bill was always easy to get ahold of by call, text, or email.

It's been a few months now since my new roof, gutters, and storm windows have been replaced and I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Bill and Emerald Roofing and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of roof repairs. They really made the whole process worry free and easy.

The staff and crews worked quickly and efficiently in some very hot weather to replace my siding. A potentially dangerous problem under the old siding was discovered and corrected. They paid great attention to detail in the finish work. My house look great!

Emerald Roofing Co was recommended to me by a friend that was very happy with the work they did on his home several years ago. I called Bill after the hailstorm this past summer and very happy I did. All work was done in great time, from new roof, to gutters and window wraps, and all that needed painting from that damage and all the replacements. Very fair pricing. Bill explained everything on the estimate to the smallest details. He worked with my insurance company on all, to the satisfaction of everyone involved in this project. Lifetime workmanship warranty was definitely a top point when making the decision to go with this company. Bill is a true professional, great customer service! I am truly happy with the end results. The crews did a fantastic job on clean up and prep work to protect my yard and landscaping as well. My house looks better than ever!

Would highly recommend using Emerald Roofing. This is our second time using Emerald and the owner Bill is wonderful to work with. The team he has created along with the contractors that do the roof are extremely professional, prompt and enjoyable to work with. They also really take care of your house and clean up after the roof is completed.

I really liked the open and honest communication. Travis walked me through everything and was very helpful. So far gutter installation is complete and looks great, window wraps completed today with some minor work still in progress. I highly recommend for honest estimates and most importantly trustworthy quality work. Will update when everything is complete. Final invoice today, so as promised updating the review. If I could give more stars I would. I can't give a higher rating here, but they deserve it! The owner's are out of this world kind, honest, and caring!
