SERVPRO saved the day!
What a disaster it was when the city sewer line somehow got plugged and all the yucky water you can imagine backed up through the floor drains in our basement late one evening. You can only imagine!
But I called Servpro of Omaha Northwest first thing the next morning, and hurray!, they had a crew available to come help us right away.
Yes, it took a week of cleaning, but they got the place dry right away, and then cleaned and sanitized, removing drywall etc as needed - no mold had a chance to develop.
Yes, we lost a lot of personal stuff, and the repair work to remake the basement is still being done, but we're just incredibly grateful for the immediate help that Servpro was to us. Thank you!
And yes, if you can't tell, I absolutely would recommend them.

Had sewer backup and the most hard-working crew showed up for 6 days and cleaned up and prepared the basement for replacing drywall and carpeting. Justin, Jacob, Ted and Ryan worked diligently for 5 days and I was very impressed with their work ethic and their mindfulness of what was needed to be done. I would recommend Servepro of Northwest Omaha for anyone who not only needs their services, but also by a crew that is hard working and very pleasant.

I had such a great experience with Servpro Northwest. I was in a panic with knowing what to do first with water damage. They were so helpful. The guys that worked at my house were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They did a great job with drying out my ceilings, removing water drenched wood and tile and cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them and they would absolutely my first call if I ever had water damage again! Very happy with their service! Thank you!

I cannot thank Garrett and Tad with Servpro Northwest enough for all they did when my entire basement was flooded with 3 inches of standing water. From the first hello to the last goodbye, they were both excellent to work with and did a fantastic job. I truly feel they both went above and beyond not only with the work they did cleaning up but also for helping me to deal with an overwhelmingly stressful situation. They are to be commended as is the Servpro Company. I have never had better customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone who has need of this type of Service. Had a pipe break in the basement which led to a couple inches of water on the floor. The Servpro team was on site in a couple hours after being called and did a great job of walking me through exactly what they would be doing. In addition, during the entire process they kept me up to date while drying out the area and removing damage.

They were very careful with my belonging in the room and we're extremely professional during their time onsite. While I hope this doesn't happen again, they will be the first call if it does.

Working with ServPro has been so easy, I called them on a Monday and they came out that day and started working to clean up the water damage we had from a water line leak. The two guys were wonderful, kept us updated on what they were doing. They were there for 3 days straight and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend using ServPro for any of your needs!

Noah, Austin and Matt are Customer Oriented, and so very easy to work with, they explained in detail what they were doing every step of the way making the experience a very seamless event. Their professionalism, expedience and knowledge went far beyond any contractor I have dealt with in my 35 years of experience in many fields of service. These guys are not only Awesome, and Friendly, they have the perfect combination that puts them at the top any list of contractors in their field. They are courteous, proficient, and they go so far beyond what is expected I wouldn't choose any other contractor, nor should you! I'm only allowed to rate them 5 stars, but if I could, I would rate them with 10 stars of excellence in all areas!

The Northwest team was amazing! I was leaving the country the next day after I found an inch of water in my basement plus moldy carpet. Call them late morning and they were out by 1 removing carpet, vac’ing water and beginning mitigating the mold. When I got back they were ready to finish the job. Great team, professional, friendly including home staff. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had our water heater explode and Servpro was able to come out in a timely manner and prevent and further water damage in our basement. Matt and the guys did a great job working around our schedule at the time and were very accommodating! We will plan to use them in the future if needed!

I cannot rave enough about services completed from start to finish with this company! Andy came out for an estimate, and was intelligent/knowledgeable, efficient and down to earth. After assessment and answering all questions, I called to get the clean up started! Matt and Austin came back and not only were the most respectful young men, but also quick and efficient while cleaning my two levels of sewer clean up. They were never in our way and very informative of everything being done. They were quick, efficient and left no trace of any mess whatsoever. This crew were the most friendly people I’ve ever used for maintenance in my home and would refer them HIGHLY to anyone. They also treated our animals with such high respect and by the end of our cleanup, our dogs were treating Matt like family when he came to pick up the remaining equipment. They made going through this unfortunate event, actually quite pleasurable…and I know they will be the first to call if I need their services again!

ServPro is a fantastic company. The workers who came to help with my dad's house were personable, friendly and very willing to explain all aspects of the work that needed to be done with the house. It was an easy and stress-free experience and I will definitely use their services again.

We have never had a septic back up before - so when we had a back up into our finished basement to say we were in over our heads was an understatement! Matt and his crew were super friendly, very communicative, professional, and took the time to explain everything. They have the right tools and know how to make a tough job look easy. If we experience sewage loss in the future we know that we have a trusted partner!

We had a water problem at our house. Had a different group come in and do demo. We noticeably saw items that were not complete and up to par with this other group. We called ServPro to come in and do a check up and they came out the next day. Our tech Andy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Checked the spots we thought were still wet and additional ones he thought worth verifying. Provided us good incite and peace of mind. Would definitely call them again for any future needs!
