I had Andrew with AdvantaClean come out to my house to inspect my HVAC duct system for cleanliness. He was able to show me photos of the THICK amounts of dust, hair, etc. that were lining the walls. He came out at a later date to completely clean all of the ducts and was very fairly priced for the quality of work that was done. I first contacted Andrew 3 weeks ago, I described my basement mold issue to him and he was happy to come out and give me an estimate. He also determined that no mold was present in the basement (much to our relief). So often I am concerned that a lot of companies are out for all the money they can take from people, especially first time homeowners with little to no experience. I really appreciate not only thier timeliness with scheduling the inspection and cleaning, but the honesty of telling us we did not need any mold remediation rather than trying to charge us an astronomical amount to fix a problem that wasn't there. The inspection was free and the duct cleaning was very fair priced for the quality of work and how many vents we have. We will definitely be using AdvantaCleans services in the future and recommending to friends!

After our dishwasher quit working, we had an appliance repair person come out to fix it. When he pulled out the dishwasher, he found mold behind the dishwasher. I called AdvantaClean and Andrew was out within 48 hours. Andrew did an assessment and gave us our options. It was very comforting to my husband and I that Andrew was honest and direct and didn't just tell us the most expensive route to take. In the end, we decided the cleaning I did will be okay for now, as the issue didn't seem to spread very far and it will be behind a dishwasher again soon. Our risks are relatively low.
