Did a good job on water clean up.The demo on my damaged wood floor was a disaster. They had know idea what they were doing. They broke up the floor and it propelled all over room. They caused so much damage to my cabinets I had to file another claim. Also one worker when picking up fans banged and chipped more cabinets. Cabinets were only 2 weeks old. Such amateurs. They never even finished demo leaving dining area to installers. That tells me they figured they had no idea what they were doing and headed for the hills.

Due to a storm while a new roof was being installed on our church, the church received massive water damage. We contacted Servpro and they responded right away, and came in immediately and begin the process of saving the interior of our church.

You could not ask for a more professional, hard working, knowledgeable group of people. From the owner of the franchise we used to his management team, and the crews that did the demo and clean up work. They were and are a great group of people to work with. Totally awesome!!!

I highly recommend using them if you are ever in need of their type of service. My church members, board, and I are hippopotamusly happy with Servpro (that’s a whole lot of happy).

ServPro is amazing! They held an all day meeting in our banquet hall and they were such a pleasure to work with. Not only did they inform us on all services they had to offer but they definitely take very good care of their staff and customers. They offer many many services which are so helpful in so many ways. We hope to have them here at our restaurant again in the future! And now we know who to call for any disaster.

Jared and his crew were wonderful!
We had a fridge leak which created mold growth under our floors. The are super fast, very friendly and efficient.
Jared also went out of his way to secure our counter top so we can in hopes reuse it.

Amazing from the get-go. They were friendly , professional and accommodating. Brian, the General Manager, stepped in to help his employees due to all the water damage that had happened throughout the city due to heavy rain. Signs of a good leader! Ours was due to heavy rain and a faulty street sewer drain so we had sewer drain back up. Brian came out right away. Fully transparent, shared expertise and insight. Very impressive company. I will hire them again should the need arise. Thank you ServPro!

The service and people were AWESOME!! They explained step by step what was going on and how they would remedy it. They worked with our insurance to make sure the repairs were done right and done to last. The workers were very personable and answered any questions we had. They called to discuss any issues before taking action. All around wonderful experience. Highly recommend using them for any repairs needed to a home!!

We had water enter our home and we called Servpro to remediate the situation. Leelynn was assigned to our project. She arrived with her crew, identified the issues and very quickly handled the issue. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism was outstanding. We trust her completely to advise us and resolve any similar issues. We have asked for her again to solve similar issues. She treats the situation like it was her own home. She is outstanding!!

I have watched for months this company destroy my friends home. It was a very high end immaculate home that had been recently renovated before a horrible storm ruined it when the roof tar paper & shingles were not installed. I have saw their employees be not professional and lie repeatedly. Would highly recommend that as a homeowner to turn and run the opposite direction of this company. The owners have proof with photos and videos.

SERVPRO came to our rescue in late summer to help with a main water leak and then two days later a fire in our office building. Not sure what we were going to do, SERVPRO was able to help with their reconstruction division. Luke did a wonderful job of organizing everything and guaranteed we could be back into our office by December just in time for tax season. Luke kept us informed on a daily basis on the progress of reconstruction, which was a huge undertaking. We were displaced out of our office for 4 months, but moved back in to a beautiful "new" building. Thank you Luke and SERVPRO for taking the stress off of us during a difficult time. We hope we never have to deal with something like this again, but if we do I know who we will call!

The Southwest Servepro of Omaha is absolutely amazing. Becca led the challenge of putting our home back together after a pipe break and mold growth. The packing, mold mitigation, clean up has been a super smooth process so far. The tear-out is complete ahead of promised time. Leelynn, Andre and Eric are very professional, thorough, prompt and did above exceptional work. They are also handling our rebuild and we can't wait to see what magic they do there. Thank you for making this process so seamless.

I have to say that Stephen was an artist and did an amazing job on getting everything done beautifully in a very effecient and timely manner. Our home is looking better then ever. Stephen mastered rebuilding, drywalling, carpentry and everything we needed done. Becca managed our project and sent us the dream-team to handle everything and gave us a job well done. 👏

I recently had a water line rupture in my finished basement. After hearing great things about Lathe and his crew I knew I was choosing them for my water clean up.

SERVPRO staff was very friendly in getting me pointed in the right direction and in contact with Lathe and his crew. Crew responded and arrived in a very timely manner. All the workers were very friendly and very professional. Clean up was performed in a very timely manner with exceptional work.

I have nothing but great things to say about SERVPRO and Lathe and his crew. If i ever need another clean up performed they will most definitely be used again.

We had a pipe bust in the basement the day before Easter. I called Servepro and they were out right away to do the mitigation. During the reconstruction process, SERVPRO and the owner Lathe were WAY more communicative with me than my own insurance company! They cared about my needs and questions being a first timer in the claim process. Worked with me on adjustments we were doing as well. I would recommend them 10/10 times!

Lathe, Chris, and crew are wonderful. They saved me from having floors and walls torn out due to interior water damage.
They were amazingly prompt Chris was at my home within a half-hour after I spoke with Lathe. I was very impressed with the thorough inspection given to all areas affected, and the treatment process.
The machinery used is nothing short of amazing. The effectiveness of eliminating all traces of water and moisture is phenomenal.
Lathe was especially impressive with his knowledge and expertise during the entire procedure.

SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest helped to bring order to chaos upon my family coming home on Christmas Day to a burst frozen pipe and flooded home. Lathe and his team took care of everything from mitigation, pack out/in, and reconstruction. The reconstruction PM Luke did a fantastic job coordinating vendors and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Also their engagement with the insurance company helped to keep that process smooth as well. I hope I never have to deal with another home disaster like this, but if I do SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest will be my go to for help. Thanks again to the whole team for all the work they did!

Jarad and the team were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They communicated well and really laid out all of our options so we could make the best choice for us.

Brian was absolutely amazing to work with. We came in under budget and are so happy to have the water damaged items removed after a storm caused a power outage which left our sump pump not working. They not only did an amazing job with their work but they gave me suggestions on who to talk to about the other issues we were having in our basement. Jesse and team did great work in removing the items and also explained everything. I hope we never need this service again but if we do, I wouldn't choose anyone else and know help is a phone call away.

After giving our workers the highest possible rating, I discovered they'd left several holes in the drywall along the wall where they carried up their equipment. I called and was told it would be fixed. My last two messages have been ignored. A very disappointing ending to an overall great job.

Unfortunately, our main water drain broke the mess was overwhelming! Our insurance adjuster referred us to ServPro.
They were extremely responsive and thorough. They explained the cleanup process and eliminated our stress. The people that came into my home courteous, respectful, and on time.
They were also dressed, professionally. The work involved them coming back for several days. They completed the work and were in and out of my house in a timely manner.. They also put up with my three little dogs. I would highly recommend them for any type of restoration work or the lake. Kudos!
