We had a toilet backup and overflow in the middle of the night. I called ServePro and they arrived same day. They were professional and thorough. Their estimate was clear and each line item made sense even to a guy who’s never dealt with this stuff before. Their follow up communication was timely too. Overall a really great experience!

Three and a half years ago we had a massive hail storm in Blair with softball-sized hail. With holes in our roof and water coming in most of the night, our new home took in a lot of water. We were panicked and didn't know what to do. A friend recommended Servpro and although they were helping a multitude of customers all over town, they put us on their list and got to us as soon as they could. Chuck explained everything to us and gave us expectations for the week as far as drying and next steps with insurance. It was a Godsend!!! We don't know what we would have done without Servpro coming in to help us in our time of trouble. They were so easy to work with and helped us save our home.

We had a dishwasher leak over the weekend. The guys that came out were so wonderful. They took care of the rest of the water we couldn’t clean up. They explained what was going on every step of the way. Came out the next two days and picked everything up. Great bunch of guys.

I want to give a heartfelt review for Lathe, the owner of ServPro. He personally came to my house to inspect a roof leak I was experiencing, and I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism and genuine care. From the moment he arrived, he made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the repair process, ensuring I fully understood what needed to be done.

What truly stood out to me was Lathe’s honesty and integrity. Despite the fact that I am a woman, he didn’t try to take advantage or overcharge me. Instead, he honestly suggested that it might be more cost-effective for my husband to perform the work, and he even went a step further by providing us with a detailed layout and instructions on how to do the project ourselves if we chose to.

Lathe’s dedication, transparency, and genuine concern for his customers are truly commendable. It’s rare to come across a business owner who operates with such honesty and integrity. If you feel like you should have at least 24 hours to review and pay the bill - don't use SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest. We received the initial bill for the water mitigation part via email at 2:37 PM one day, then we got a phone call at 10:37 AM the very next day from SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest accounting, asking when we are going to pay the bill. I'm like seriously!?!?! You don't even give your customers 24 hours to review the bill, before you start harassing them for payment?

This is one of those times, I wish I had a time machine and I could go back in time and pick any other mitigation and construction company other than SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest.

We had Kyle from SERVPRO come out and do mitigation services for us, and they were very professional and friendly. We have two dogs and I am a stay at home mom, and I can’t stress how great they were with us all still in the house. Very courteous about moving around our possessions also. I would highly recommend their team for any mitigation services or clean up.

We had a vendor remove a reverse osmosis system, a plug was not put in the collar of the P-Trap. As a result for a week when we used the kitchen faucet or dishwasher, unknown to us there was a leak under the sink.

We called the vendor. They put us in touch with Serve Pro of Omaha Northwest. Andy and his gang have been highly professional. Explained all the steps necessary to dry out the sub floor, especially the ones under the cabinets and old oak floors. They were able to brace the counter tops and remove the lower cabinet that got damaged and the oak floor.

Andy's whole crew has been very responsive and professional. From the first evening when Noah and James set up the fans. Andy bringing in a contractor before he proceeded and Garret for removing the old oak floor.

You hope you never need to use their services, but if i had to I would definitely use them again.

We had an incident in the Master Bath with the toilet which overflowed and flooded the floor. I thought I dried it all until there were visible stains on the ceiling on the ground floor - right in the entrance to the house!!! SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest came in and took care of it all. When people say, "What damage?" That is testimony for the great work that they did. Thank you so much for doing such a professional job from start to finish. You will be in my prayers and in my phone book for the next incident!

Andrew with AdvantaClean was beyond professional and was efficient when cleaning my vents. Definitely will make this a routine activity in my new home, and will use AdvantaClean again and 10/10 recommend.

We brought in AdvantaClean to inspect a suspicious area in our bedroom. I thought it to be mold, but Mike shifted my fears with logic and reason. We have a 100+ yr old house and never had the ducts cleaned. We have been having a lot of allergy and immune-system problems and it all made sense. Despite the hacks that say duct cleaning is bunk, we trusted our friends at AndvantaClean. They did a great job and had our house cleaned up in about 8 hours flat. Thanks, guys!!

We needed our duct work cleaned since the house is over 4O yrs old and had never been cleaned. The service we received was excellent and done in a timely manner. Andrew was very courteous and friendly. We will use this company again when needed

We had a flood at our work due to a frozen pipe from the bay next to us. Mike and his crew came out and really got to work cleaning things up and drying everything out. They went above and beyond when it came to making sure the job was done right, and what I enjoyed about the whole experience is that I felt like Mike was a guy i could trust the entire time. In fact, I just gave him a key to the office and he took care of everything. I would highly recommend Mike and the Advantaclean team.

We saw some mold in a basement closet area. We called a few people, but AdvantaClean was the first to respond after looking at Home Advisor...thank goodness. They did a free estimate as well as others, but Mike (fully certified) had enough experience to discover, show, and explain how extensive the mold problem was. Him and his partner took care of it the following week, under time and under the estimated cost. They were amazingly friendly and easy to work with. They explained everything and left us with some cleaning solution as well. I would highly recommend these guys!

We discovered mold in the sub-floor of a bathroom in our new house. Having used AdvantaClean for a similar issue in a previous home, I knew I was calling only one company to come and help us out. Andrew came out fast and gave us a free estimate. When the day came for remediation, he called in advance of his arrival, came when he said he would, was incredibly professional, polite, knowledgeable, and made sure to respect the parts of the home he wasn't doing work in. Not only has he gained a customer for life (hopefully not for mold again!), but I will be using AdvantaClean for duct cleaning as well.

Even though it wasn't an emergency, Andrew came on time during a blizzard for a free mold inspection. It was surface only and, unlike another company, he actually climbed into the attic to confirm there were no problems there. (Other company just glanced up with a flashlight and said they saw damage and gave a much higher estimate). Cost seemed sorta high for just encasing a small area, but for his honest free estimate and all the gear he brought (filter and plastic to seal off room), it was well worth it. The third company we talked to charged less for encasing, but it was all over the phone; they would've charged $75 just for the inspection.
