Pinnacle Electric does all of my electrical work for our 2 properties in Las Vegas, a senior mobile home park, and a self storage property. They are always available 24/7 and their prices are very competitive.

I've used Pinnacle Electric a couple of times since we relocated our business from California to Nevada. I seldom write reviews but their service is way above par. I highly recommend them.

I called Pinnacle because the light switch in my bathroom was not working. Mr. Sanches and his partner were sent to fix it. First, Mr. Sanches took a very quick look at the light switch and then after that, the breaker box. He reset it somehow and immediately the light in the bathroom came back on. Mind you that I myself checked the breaker box out twice before calling Pinnacle and it seemed that ALL the switches in it were in ON position. After only five minutes in my place, Mr. Sanches charged me U$110.00 just because he reset the breaker box! This was an overcharge and I did not agree to pay this amount. I decided to pay the grand total of U$30.00 only for his service. He accepted it and I asked him and his partner to go away. I do NOT recommend this store, they are dishonest! Pinnacle never ever again.

I was a little hesitant because I read a negative review..so glad i didn't call someone else. Awesome! prompt courteous and efficient! Cody, has the biggest smile, explained everything to me as we trouble shot the problem.
Now I know who to call for all my electric needs!!

Cody has excellent customer service skills, was extremely careful in our home. Provide several options which enabled me to make the best choice for our family needs. Gary was wonderful. My mother is 90 years old and the breaker kept tripping and shutting off the A/C. She spent all day Monday without any A/C. Pinnacle sent out Gary, who is very nice, compintent, efficient. Very pleased with the company and the service rep, Gary. Will recommend this company to ant one who lives in a manufactured home!!!!!!! I will forward this company to our parks office for other residents in need.

I WONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I called them because of the reviews. Now I realized these reviews are just fake reviews probably all came from friends and family that just posted these good reviews about them just to get business. You’ll be waiting forever for them to come. Very unrealiable and unprofessional.

I called this company at 9 am early in the morning and the lady set me up an appointment after 2 pm with Cody. Around 2:20 I called again to double check what time is he coming and she told me that the Electrician(Cody) will call me when he’s on his way. 6:30 comes no courtesy call from this company or the electrician if Cody will going to come or not so I called them again and I spoke to the guy this time and he said Cody will call me back as soon as possible but I never got phone call from them. So this is how they run their business....

I would highly recommend Cody from Pinnacle Electric. Cody was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my electrical problem very quickly then was nice enough to trouble shoot an additional electrical issue all within the 1 hour service call. Amazing job from start to finish. We needed an electrician for some issues happening in my kitchen, called Sigma and spoke with Christy. She sent Abi to help us, Abi was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The day after they followed up to make sure everything was working correctly.

Sigma came to my house to wire up some 3 and 4 way switches in my hallway. They had to order a special switch due to the space in my house. They made seperate trips for the part, installed it perfectly and on time! Kyle paid very close attention to detail and my satisfaction with the job. I am so happy with Kyle, the technicians, Cristy and the company as a whole! I would highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs!!
