We had questions about an EV Charger and additional electrical work performed at our residence. Their technicians encountered several unexpected challenges, but showed a strong commitment to complete the work. I called Sigma and their service agent quickly put me in contact with their Service Manager who came over and took the time to evaluate the work done. He thoroughly addressed my questions and went far beyond what he needed to do to make sure we were satisfied. Frankly, since moving to the greater Las Vegas area, we have had considerable difficulty finding competent service vendors. When you find one that is truly committed to customer satisfaction, you'll definitely engage with them again!

Kyle fixed my electrical problem within 5 minutes. I had a faulty gfci receptacle the would not reset. He replaced the old one. I was highly impressed with the efficiency of his work. I would highly recommend this company.

I have a lot of electrician work done by sigma back in Dec 2022, I had a new house that needed to add some recessed lights and fans in. During that time, I was not told that they have switched some of my breakers and not until recently that I have an electrical inspection done by my builder, and was told that my breakers were switched and the new breakers don’t meet the standard and that is the reason why there is still problem with shortage at my electrical. I called sigma back and they kept saying they did not do it, refused to get back to me with more details or come in for an evaluation. They were the only electricians that came to my house so no one else has touched the electrical. I am very disappointed in their service and quality of work.

I had some serious electrical issues where I was only getting partial power to my home. Gerardo and Gage made a excellent duo and found out what the issue was and resolved it. They left no stone unturned. They checked the breaker box, plugs, switches and they even went in the attic. Gerardo and Gage were also very knowledgeable. They helped me to understand exactly what the issue was from wiring and components in the breaker box. We discussed several things, a couple being a plug product to detect different types of correct and incorrect reverse wiring, and also what could cause a breaker to trip. This was just a fraction of the information I learned during their visit. Thanks to Gerardo and Gage from Sigma I have full power in my home again and I feel confident in that restoration of the power.

We requested service from Sigma for an electrical problem at my parents house. Kyle came by on time and did the work in a very professional and prompt manner. I appreciate how respectful he was of my parents considering there was a bit of a language barrier. I would certainly depend on Sigma for anything i would need electrical help with!

Kyle is the man! We needed some outlets fixed after they stopped working , and a commercial fridge checked out as well as a bathroom fan/vent fixed. He was at the store with in the hour! Got it all taken care of and even left spare bulbs for us to use. Above and beyond! Will use him again for sure! He is our go to guy. Highly recommend.

Aaren and Wolf did a great job running a new electrical line and box in my front yard. Very hard workers. And in 100+ degrees. Everyone at Sigma is very nice and helpful! And thank you Patty!

I had a horrible experience with this company. They came out and bid the job and I accepted the bid. The following week Brandon (who was not the one who bid the job) came to complete the job and said it was bid wrong and the price was now double. He complained his coworkers bid was too low and he was having personal problems later and keeps doing this. I then asked him who I could call and speak to at his company to get this figured out and he responded with “they won’t give you the time of day”. Ok then-I’m not going to hire a company that won’t give me the time of day so I asked them to leave. I then spoke to the office manager and she offered me 15% the higher bid but I explained to her it wasn’t about the money at this point. Brandon was rude and speaking badly about other employees and the company itself and I no longer comfortable having anyone at this company complete the work. I would rather pay more using another company. Too bad as we had a lot of work we were going to hire them for in the future.

Called Sigma @ 10pm on a Thursday. Kyle responded promptly! Fixed my outage within 20 minutes. He was extremely professional and he even saved my drywall! Overall a great experience. Thank you!

We purchased a jacuzzi tub without realizing that it needs an outlet with a 220 voltage. We did our research and found Sigma on Yelp. They came and gave us a free estimate, and answered all of our questions. We gave the company the job. The workers came to do the job on time. They pulled the 220 voltage from outside power panel, and put it through the attic to get it to our second floor master bathroom. We were happy that all the wires were invisible. After they finish the job, the workers cleaned and vacuum the debris. In addition they went above and beyond by attaching a new plug to our new jacuzzi which was not part of the deal. The workers were very professional, so does the office workers that we came in contact with. I highly recommend Sigma.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Kyle from Sigma is the absolute man! I run a small biz here in Vegas and we tend to run into some serious electrical issues throughout our building and Kyle is without a doubt the most reliable, knowledgeable electrician I've ever worked with (and I've worked with a ton over the years). Aaren came and installed an EV charger in my home. He was friendly and efficient! The charger did not work initially but Aaren came back out with Wolf another tech and they were able to get my car charger working in no time. Everyone I interacted with at Sigma was friendly, patient and very helpful. I would highly recommend using Sigma to anyone needed an electrician.
