Ordered electrical equipment through Amazon and return the unused materials packaged exactly as it was received by us and received less than half the amount refund. Tried several times to reach out to this company and no one would return my call or emails through Amazon. Bad! Do not recommend!

Ordered these off Amazon. I order Legrand all the time. Switches I received were nothing like the stock photo. They had the Legrand label on the back but these must have been throw in as new old stock or something. Super disappointed wouldn’t buy from them. Ordered 5 new ones off Home Depot and price was cheaper.

We reached out to Litchy Electric to introduce ourselves and see if we could support their switchgear procurement. We were shocked at how unprofessional the owner, Lance, spoke to us in the very first call.

Rather than having a normal business conversation, he was abrupt, dismissive, and made it clear he had no interest in hearing about lead time improvements or cost-saving options. He stated he already works with five suppliers (which raises its own questions — most efficient companies don’t need that many overlapping sources), and then told us not to call again.

For context: right now Siemens is ~153 working days out on standard gear. Custom UL 891 switchboard shops are delivering in nearly half that time. When we try to share that, and the response is hostility instead of professionalism, it says everything.

I would not recommend Litchy Electric to anyone — especially in the tilt-up market — if you value modern communication, updated lead-time strategies, and basic professional respect.

The industry is moving forward into 2025. Some companies are still stuck operating like it’s 1995.

Spent all day looking for a 40 year old breaker, they have them all apparently. I didn't have to change the whole service panel like I first thought. (They don't waste your time)

They had a circuit box nobody else did! I didnt think we lived in an obsolete world still but clearly we do. Plus they had a few fuses I needed. Great folks easy to do business with!

My first time here...suppose to open at 9am, but the sign in the window saying "sorry we are closed". Unable to reach anyone trying to find out IF and WHEN they might open. Drove completely across town just to be here. Sitting in the parking lot with others waiting in 98° temp...

They aren't joking. There are breakers laying everywhere. Carlos was very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Pricing was higher than online, but I got a breaker at 430 on Friday afternoon. You can't do that online

I am overwhelmed by how I was dealt with my Carlos at House of Breakers. Today is Saturday and my main amp circuit breaker on my house went bad today. They do not carry the one I need at Home Depot or Lowe's so we made calls to a couple electrical supply houses but they were all closed. House of Breakers was closed as well. However Carlos answered the phone and said he had the part in his truck and would meet me halfway. He also told me how to correctly deal with Nevada Power so that we didn't have issues getting the repairs done. Everything worked exactly as he said and I am blown away by his compassion for people so that they can get things done even though it was on a day he was closed. I highly recommend doing business with this man and House of Breakers above all the other supply houses. Thank you Carlos
